Defender is a full brother to our 2024 Reserve Light AND Reserve Dark Herdsire of the Year NorthStar, whose outside breedings are closed - you'll have to buy a female bred to him or....buy his full brother! We didn't think we'd sell this boy but here's your chance! Got a good crop of cria on the ground!! Very happy with his production so far as are our customers! Defender has excellent conformation and all the positive traits we're breeding for in our suri herd. His show record is stellar, including six banners, in some of the largest shows in the country. He carries exceptional luster on a dense fleece with fineness and density rounding out his fleece traits. At 20 months of age, he sheared 12.6 lbs.! Defender is showing exceptional retention of positive fiber characteristics and a solid frame - all pointing towards a brilliant future as a herdsire, following in the footsteps of his sire, Admiral's Commandor. That boy is sorely missed on our farm but it looks like his sons will carry that torch going forward.

Arya is an awesome girl. Extremely reliable breeder and always healthy. She has proven to produce fabulous cria and both her progeny have been colored. Her last daughter being harlequin grey from a harlequin herdsire. Arya has been exposed for a fall 2023 cria to Commander’s Defender of WAP (full brother to Northstar who needs no introduction) for a repeat of her first cria, braavos. She has killer genetics being the daughter of Josef owned by Big Timber Alpacas (also needs no introduction) and also the dam of Eagle Valley Spirit Dancer and multi champion in her own right, Arika. I really don’t want to sell her, but the boss says suris must go.
