UPDATE: Another Black Male Cria sired by WLK Berenger hit the ground running May 25th, 2024. Expect him to follow his big brothers foot steps. Peyton delivered a true black male cria sired by WLK Berenger Spring 2023. Knowing that Peyton's sire was a true black I purposefully chose our true black award winning herdsire, Berenger, in hopes of have a black offspring. And we did but I would have preferred a female, LOL. Very grateful mom and cria are doing great! This youngster was named Onyx and was crowned National Reserve Color Champion as a juvie. Amazing fineness at 4 years of age!! We are so excited to add Peyton to our Raynay Alpaca Farm herd. Her 2022 EPD for fineness has her in the top 5%.
