HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Silver Grey

I saw TK at MAPACA in 2019 right before he won the Reserve Championship at the Jubilee. After losing one of my Herdsires in a dog attack just weeks before, TK seemed to be the perfect replacement. After he won - well, it was a no brainer! His sire FTAF's Blackbeard was chosen as the 2019 Futurity Herdsire for the Small Farm Division. He's produced so many champions. What I loved about TK was uniformity of color in his fleece - he's virtually spotless. His staple length was long with nice character. I got him home and was hoping that he'd be ready to breed by the fall and he was. We have several girls bred to him for fall Cria and a few more were bred this spring as well. If you are looking for gray at a reasonable price, give TK a try. He has 5 on the ground - 3 rose gray and 2 black.

Throwing dark and gray crias every time!

Painted Spring's Eden

HuacayaBred (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 31945134DOB: 10/16/201014 yrs
Eden was the first light fawn girl born on our farm, a mere 7 years after we started breeding alpacas. One of my favorite colors, she is absolutely beautiful and feminine. Fleece as soft and buttery as possible and out of 2 champions. She has been shown very lightly and placed at the shows she'd attended. Eden's first cria in the summer of 2014 was a stunning dark brown. She has been bred to our multi time gray champion Alpine's Carderock. The combination of these 2 fine fleeced animals should be amazing! We are extremely pleased with the results - the Truest of Black female Cria Eden has proven herself as an excellent producer of dark animals - and nice ones at that. She has been bred to 3 different grays and has always produced dark animals. In 2021 we finally got a dark rose gray out of her! In 2023, she produced a "mini me" who is almost identical in coloration.

Description

Zorro is a gorgeous medium rose gray. His fleece is a deep red with just enough white. His head is just perfect. He has been working as a 4H animal so he leads well and responds to people in a positive way. But don't limit him to obstacles - he has the potential to be an excellent herdsire. He is out of gray sire and a fawn dam who has thrown dark and gray offspring. Zorro hasn't started breeding yet because we are still using his father, so take advantage of a great price for these lovely gray genetics!
