CCNF Legionnaire, a son of Snowmass Matirx Majesty, has enjoyed extraordinary success as a sire with championship winners in both the United States and Canada and his offspring being found in Poland, United States, Canada, and Australia. Overall, his offspring have won many championships and even Judges’ Choice and National Championship titles. Even more impressive, his son Red Granites Pallaton (Now resides in Poland) won the 2018 Canadian Supreme Champion Male award, Palltons offspring have had much success in the Canadian show rings themselves. His daughter, Red Granites Pixie was sold at the 2018 Amber Autumn Auction for a pretty penny, where she was purchased by EP Cambridge Alpaca Stud in Australia. Red Granites Allison is an absolutely astrounding, true black Color Champion female. Her Dam, LBA's Abigal was one of our main Kirwin daughters that we could used for breeding dark colors. (please see Allison's pedigree for more in depth genetic details).She was a drop dead gorgeous medium fawn female that we picked up from Crescent Moon Ranch whileist being bred to a top black male at the time. She comes from a remarkable line of some of the grandest black and dark colored alpacas around in the US. Allison's Sire is no other than Crescent Moon's Thelonius who is owned by our friends at Crescent Moon Ranch; Debbie & Scott Miller. He was a respected 7X CHAMPION male, that included a Color Champion win at the Futurity 2011. He was infact a Valentino son, bringing the favorable "Bulldog" bone structure that is highly sought after. Red Granites Allison is an 8X CHAMPION by the end of her show career, never placing below a third and held her own at the AOA National Shows she atteneded. With winning Championships at two of the most prestigious shows in the country (Great Western Alpaca Show & Futurity) we are able to say she is one of our top black female EVER produced thus far. His three-time supreme champion sire, Red Granites Val D Lsere - who is arguably the best son of Snowmass Mr Sizlin Rose, the 2016 Futurity Herdsire of the Year winner in the Large Breeder Division. His dam, Mountain Sky’s Secret Passion a direct daughter of Wolf Den’s Dark Secret. Daughters of Dark Secret are rare to acquire due to the high interest in them and the keeping of genetic lines by their owners, we were lucky when Secret Passion was offered for sale at auction. Secret Passion has given us beautiful progeny each season, all of which have won at least one championship, two of which have won Judges' Choice awards, a true testament to her quality! For those who do not know, Dark Secret is the sire of AutumnSun’s Black Maelstrom, a 13-time Black Champion sire who is highly sought after. Pascal is the first cross of these genetics and he is everything one would hope for! The fleece characteristics are all that one could hope for from his famous ancestors. It displays his sire’s legendary brightness, is fine, has incredible density, is uniform in color and micron, and exhibits an exceptional length of staple. He has a well-defined high-frequency crimp style, which is carried down the length of his staples and is consistent throughout his blanket, extending right into the extremities. These amazing fleece qualities have stayed with him as he has aged. To add, he stands on extremely strong bones with great front and rear capacity. Judges commend him on his uniformity of micron & fineness that is carried into his extremities and extremely macho look and attitude!
