5X Champion! Argento is a striking young male! He is a gray son of FTAF's Blackbeard (2019 Futurity Herdsire of the Year) and grandson of our Grand River Columbo. His conformation is spot on. He has a beautiful head. His fiber is very fine with excellent architecture. He exhibits very good density. As one walking fleece judge stated. "There really isn't much to improve on here. He is lovely." We agree! He really is a full package. His bloodline is impressive. Blackbeard, Buccaneer, Pot of Gold & Royal Inca Legend! His dam brings in Columbo, Rincon Cloud & Rayo Del Sol. Lots of gray and color. He just brought home the Reserve Championships from the Michigan show in both halter and walking fleece against some very tough competition! Argento is showing well. He just earned another blue and Reserve in the Buckeye Fall Fest. Argento took 2 blue and 2 Color Champions at a double show - Rail Splitter Show and Illinois Alpaca and Fiber Festival under Judges Sharon Loner and Peter Kennedy. LIMITED 5 BREEDINGS AT $500 then his stud fee will increase. We have sold all 5 of the limited breedings at $500 and Argento has started breeding! We have a Certified Fiber Sorter sort our 2020 shearing and Argento scored VERY well. His blanket at 3 years old is a grade 2! The Secondary to Primary ratio is high. A 9 out of 10 on luster, 9 out of 10 on uniformity of crimp and high frequency crimp! Update: Argento is now proven! Proudly Co-owned with Houchin Family Alpacas and Acadiana Alpacas, LLC

IPH Spectacle of Light

HuacayaOpen (Female)White, Light Brown
AOA# 35026884DOB: 6/12/20159 yrs
An appy from Light Sabre! We knew Light Sabre could let color pass but we were surprised when Specs was born! Specs is an adorable appaloosa! She is very friendly and easy to handle. If you love spots then you will love Specs! She has a stout frame that is densely covered with fleece. There is tiny crimp in the fleece with excellent staple length. She has been robust from day from one and put together quite nicely. Take a look at her ARI and you will see a healthy dose of gray on her maternal side. Her dam is out of Sky King with Silvio and Silvia as grandparents. Her sire is MFI Peruvian Light Sabre, winner of multiple Judges Choice awards. Light Sabre brings Mister Antonio, Hemingway and Augusto to the genetic mix. This gal is stacked full of some of the best. Choosing a herdsire for Specs is interesting. Do you breed her to another multi or appy? Will she produce gray? Oh what fun it will be to see! Specs first cria was a beautiful son that looks just like his sire, Tachometer. Specs delivers unassisted and is a very good mother. Her second cria has arrived! He is a lovely little boy whose sire is Tachometer. Purchase Specs and her current cria at side will be included. We sill also include breeding to any of the males available at the time.

Description

What an adorable spotted guy this is! Fuzzy ears and such a cute face. Excalibur is the pairing of IPH Spectacle of Light, an MFI Peruvian Light Sabre daughter and Just Smittens Argento! Excalibur stands proud on a perfectly correct square frame. He is quite solid. He is loaded with dense, fine fiber. We sold Specs bred and when she delivered this guy we just fell in love with him so we purchased him from Specs new owners. If you love spots you really need to check him out!!! Excalibur did great at his 1st show! Excalibur has continued to have a respectable show career. Gorgeous fleece on this guy with a very long staple. Congratulations to Ann Rich of Breezyhill Farm on her purchase of half interest in Excalibur! Excalibur is now breeding! Proudly co-owned with Breezyhill Farm
