WRSR JackKnife by Fusion

SuriHerdsire (Male)Dark Fawn, Light Silver Grey, Medium Silver Grey
AOA# 35174332DOB: 8/5/20168 yrs
JackKnife has the coolest colors and pattern, and is one of the 6 appies produced by Fusion in 2016. He has beautiful luster, good lock structure and fineness, and correct conformation. JackKnife has a playful and inquisitive personality and is easy to handle. His colors are a brilliant dark fawn and light silver grey, and we can't wait to see him shorn to see his spot pattern. Since JackKnife is the product of 2 appy parents, we expect him to produce a high percentage of appaloosas. Patches, who is the dam of JackKnife, is a wonderful mother and great foundation dam. She is on the smaller size, weighing only about 135 lbs, but births easily and has lots of milk. Patches is a 3X Color Champions with 8 Blue Ribbons. She has retained her fineness and annual shear weights each year. Fusion, his sire, is a strong gentle male with a great personality. His spots are very distinct and bold, giving him a giraffe like appearance. You can best see his spots in his shorn photo on his page. His base color is medium silver grey, with med fawn spots. Fusion has produced 75% appy crias from a variety of dams, and we are learning each year how to reproduce the appy pattern. Fusion is closed to outside breedings, but you can purchase a female bred to him. JackKnife settled his first female in the summer of 2018 at just 2 years of age. He produced a beautiful appy female that was sold quickly. He was bred again to 4 females for 2020 crias, and produced 33 appys and 1 harlequin. JackKnife is again bred for another 4 crias in 2021. Can't wait for those spots! We have females FOR SALE that are bred to him. Check out Juliette and Solitaire, both proven producers. JackKnife is available for stud for $1500 and includes 45 days board and an ultrasound confirmation. Discounts for multiple breedings! SuriOpen (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 32412444DOB: 6/27/201113 yrs
**CO-OWNED WITH RAINBOW MOUNTAIN ALPACAS** *Description by previous owners* Solitaire is a beautiful Accoyo Maurizio daughter, carrying on her sires fawn coloring in a solid light fawn. She has uniform locks across her body, heavy facial coverage, and a soft, lustrous fleece. Solitaire carries the genetics of some of the most notable and original Accoyo imports, going back to Accoyo Bruxo and Accoyo Starbuck. She has a gentle personality, correct conformation, and a beautiful fleece. She is a full Accoyo bloodline foundation girl that should provide years of beautiful, strong crias with impeccable fleece characteristics. Help build density and luster in your herd with this girl. Solitaire sheared over 7 lb of fleece on her 2015 and 2016 shearings (4th and 5th shearing) with 3.5 lb skirted blankets. Note that she was pregnant during this time, but still produces the fiber. She delivered a beautiful, healthy dark brown boy by Allegheny Peruvian King Coal, a well known and respected true black who consistently produces fine and highly lustrous crias,m on 8/14/16. Her cria, WRSR Coalition by King Coal is a beautiful solid, taupey dark brown with a beautiful typey suri head and excellent conformation. His fleece just glistens in the sun and he has very fine individual locks. Solitaire was bred to 6X Champion PIVAL Son's Revelation for a summer 2019 cria, and she delivered a light fawn male, WRSR Bravo by Revelation, with his sire's fleece! Revelation produces high luster and increased density of fleece in his crias. Solitaire and Revie have produced another wonderful cria...Bravo looks amazing!! Solitaire was bred to Lazaro for a 2022 cria. Lazaro has great conformation, beautiful fleece and a typey suri head. He had Top 1% EPD's 2 years in a row at 2 and 3 years old, and is still holding in the Top 2-5% at the age of 5! Lazaro has added density and luster to his crias, as well as great personalities. Solitaire herself passes on an abundance of fleece to her crias, so this should be a great pairing!! Solitaire delivered a stunning white male cria on November 12, 2022. See our listing for Lazaro's Luca!! DEC 2024 We need to free up some barn space and so we are making hard decisions. We are now offering Solitaire for sale. She comes with a breeding to ANY of our herdsires...YOU CHOOSE!! She can certainly produce color...and a great choice for her would be INDI, while he is still here on our farm!!!

Description

**CO-OWNED WITH RAINBOW MOUNTAIN ALPACAS** This "little" cutie was born at a whopping 20.1 pounds! She is a feisty girl..very independent and full of fun! "Ginny" is from appy sire JackKnife and Accoyo mom, Solitaire. This combination has produced a fleece machine!! Ginny is white with some small fawn spots on her head, neck and ears. You would never know though because of her ridiculously dense fleece. She has a ton of nicely draping fleece..a flatter lock style with a pencil twist on the ends. What a beauty! We are really excited to see how Ginny develops! *JAN 2023 UPDATE* We are now offering Ginny for sale. She is a nice female and has some very light spots on her nose and back. We feel Ginny has great potential to produce appy spots when bred to an appy herdsire. We have several to choose from: Red Pine and Walter at Honey Maple Farms and Kamikaze at Rainbow Mountain Alpacas. We can work out breeding arrangements with you, if you choose! Ginny's registration is pending, but will be completed soon!
