Description

This little cria was born looking like a banner winner. Her fiber was dense to the touch at one day old. She had curls upon curls. Grace is our ranch's ambassador when company comes calling. She is that rare alpaca that loves people. She will let folks pet her and is always first in line to the treat line. On top of that Grace is beautiful. Her phenotype is ideal. Her fiber is scrumptious. She competed at Nationals in both walking fleece and halter white female yearling classes. She earned a 3rd in WF and 6th in Halter with extremely competitive fields. Walking fleece comments were that her fleece is highly uniform, very fine with good density and coverage. Her staples are spaghetti like and her staples length is great. She is priceless. Grace was sired by Silver Rose Overture paired with our Tempi, our last female out of Hemingway's Bogard. I am so pleased with this pairing I plan to repeat the pairing. I did not get her histogram from her cria fleece, so I look forward to her finding with her yearling fleece. Her EPDs are outstanding and reflect exactly her fleece characteristics.
