He has a pedigree that is packed, despite only having 3 Sires named in his pedigree (due to imports) - PPeruvian Caligula (Top and Bottom side), 4Peruvian Legacy, Peruvain Apatia, and Caligula's Accoyo Poseidon. Alabama's exceptionally long staple no doubt comes all the way down from PPeruvian Caligula crossed with 4Peruvain Legacy (Pearl Jam is known for producing dense but long fleece staples). His sire, Greener Pastures Pearl Jam, is multi-champion and a two-time Judges' Choice winner, taking blues/reds at AOBA Nationals, AOA Nationals, and the Futurity against Snowmass animals.
