Rogue’s Legend takes a Reserve Champion at Futurity 2019 as a SHORN yearling. This boy is ready to produce Champions for your farm! If quality fleece is what you are looking for, this male should be at the TOP of your list! “Rogue Suri Alpaca’s Legend” was biopsied as a 3 year old dark brown suri male with ARI#35090038. His 15x scan shows fiber clusters that appear very uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. His density measures 81.5 follicles SQ MM of skin with no adjustment. His S/P ratio from 25 normal fiber clusters averages 14.3 to 1. He grades level 1 of 4 gland presence and near 100% of his secondary fibers show a degree of medullation. 100 secondary fibers average 20.4 microns while 50 primary fibersaverage 27.3 microns for a S/P micron variation of only 6.9 microns. Legend’s AFD on August 29, 2020 is 20.88 microns. Two things to note on Legend’s biopsy workup. Note on all scans that most of his secondary fibers are round in shape which many fiber judges agree is associated with more lustrous fiber. The other note that merits attention is all scans show the presence of dead secondary fibers that stain dark red or purple. This is often observed in the more dense alpacas or those that may be lower in the social hierarchy while acquiring nutrition. Legend’s fiber stats certainly place him at the top of his breed.

Sandra gave birth to a dark silver grey female fall 2019. We are excited to see Nico continue to produce high quality greys! For Sandra's 2020 breeding we chose our own Rogue's Legend! A Quality Herdsire for sure, being a son of GLR Nico, we expect great things from this pairing for 2021! And wow! Another grey for Sandra. This time a rose grey male! He is so beautifully almost purple in color and an abundance of fiber all over his body! This is going to be a fun one to show! Sandra’s 2022 cria, Rogue’s Ash took the Grey Color Champion at the 2023 Futurity! For 2023 Sandra gave us a gorgeous female we named Rogues Confetti.
