We are wanting to sell this boy only because we feel we have too much Goldstar in our herdsire row. We have two males, Zoltar and Challenger, that are Goldstar sons. We have 4 other males that are Goldstar grandsons, Aragorn, Klondike, Artie, and Remington. Something has got to give and we have decided that parting with Challenger is the one to give in on and sell at this low price that is greatly discounted compared to the price we paid for him. Take advantage of our predicament and get this boy at a price that's a steal. WI Challenger is a full brother to BRKRD Goldstar's Jet. Jet is 4 years older than Challenger and has been putting outstanding offspring on the ground the last couple of years and he has the awards to prove it. Jet won four Get of Sire championships in 2018 including one each at AOA Nationals and at The Futurity. Jet and Challenger are mirror images of each other and since they have the same genetics, we feel it is a good bet Challenger will sire outstanding crias like his brother Jet. Let's discuss what is so outstanding about the genetics found in these two males. Challengers sire is Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar. Goldstar has won 20 Get of Sires and those wins include 3 at Nationals, 3 at The Futurity, and 1 at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. Goldstar has been taking his great Full Accoyo genetics and passing them on to his offspring to create champions since at least 2012 when he won the first of his 20 Get of Sire championships. Goldstar’s sire is the great Rockstar making him the grandson of the outstanding imported Accoyo herdsire Torbio. The top of Challengers pedigree also includes the outstanding males Jackpot and Ramilo. Challengers dam is SBFS Saber's Peruvian Black Cherry. Unfortunately, she is deceased now. She had four offspring including Challenger and Jet. Jet was a multiple banner winner and a full sister WI Rehanna was also a multiple banner winner. Challenger was not shown as much. He was only shown 3 times and earned 2nd in his class each time. Black Cherry, the dam, was a multiple banner winner including winning one at both AOA Nationals and The Futurity. Her pedigree is filled with great herdsires. The list includes Sergeant Major Jax, Saber, Baron, Bruxo, MacGyver, and Uribe. She was a very well bred champion female. With all of that information it is easy to say Challenger is one very well bred boy. Not only does his pedigree have genetics from Suris that have won championships, he more importantly has prepotent genetics in his pedigree that have produced outstanding Suri champions on a regular basis. In other words, these are proven genetics. We can't wait to start putting him on some of our great females and see what he can sire for us!

Rosa is not one we are necessarily looking to sell because she is the last cria out of a great production female Delaney Rose. Delaney was 15 years old when she had Rosa. We had planned on retiring Delaney to pasture and we did, but two months after weaning Rosa, Delaney unexpectedly passed away. Delaney was a beautiful harlequin rose grey girl and she was the daughter of the great harlequin silver grey import Condor. Rosa's sire is the great classic silver grey herdsire Peruvian Silver Heat. Heat won 4 banners in the show ring, but what he is most known for is the great offspring he has sired. He was the first grey herdsire to ever win The Futurity Dark Herdsire of the Year in 2011. He currently has right at 80 registered offspring in the ARI registry and a lot of those offspring are producing additional great silver grey offspring themselves and so on. We have heard it said that he is like the MacGyver of grey Suri alpacas as you will find his name quite often in the pedigrees of champion grey Suris. He is definitely prepotent. Rosa has a dense, lustrous fleece. Her first shearing at 20 months produced a fleece that was relatively fine at 23.9 microns and the sample that tested at that AFD was submitted for the AOA EPD program. For a black Suri, her EPDs are solid. They can be seen by clicking on the EPD link on this page. Rosa had a 19.0 lb. brown male sired by Challenger on 6/23/2021. The fleece has a beautiful luster with a hint of grey in it. He grew steadily and Rosa is a great mom with plenty of milk. She's very attentive and protective of her boy. That trend of being a fantastic mom continued with her 2023 cria sired by Aragorn. That cria was also a male and weighed 16.8 lbs at birth on 9/5/2023. He's black with nice fleece characteristics and a nice phenotype. We really like his potential and he's been sold. We have bred Rosa to Klondike for a cria due in 2025.
