When I went looking for the right herdsire to bring into my light breeding program, I came across Northstar and was honored to be allowed to purchase 1/2 interest in him from Wings & A Prayer Alpacas. This boy has everything I am looking for to bring into my program! He is a BIG boy with great substance of bone. His fleece is not just white -- it is bright white! When I first opened him up he was a WOW! But what I like the most about him is his hand: it is slick, no drag, and very cool to the touch. And soft! He also has a presence that commands attention! No surprise that this guy was gonna be a superstar! His sire is champion and judge's choice producing Admirals Commandor and his dam's sire is the late legendary white Pucara Kahuna! Description

This boy is has an incredible stance that commands, "look at me". He is conformationally correct, good bite and nice bone. He is out of a medium fanw dam and sired by 6X judges choice winner WAP Northstar. We are proud for him to carry our H & S name. Aquila's fleece does not disappoint as you can see from his show record. He has great luster with nice independant and consistent locks that are the paper fan style. Although his blanket is all one beige he has a large medium fawn spot on his lower left rear leg making him a great prospect for a program that wants some multi color. He sells with the Heart & Soul guarantee to be a proven breeder by 36 months of age. He is in full fleece to be shown next year but could also be shorn so that his fleece can be shorn should the buyer choose this option. We had 7 Northstar males and 3 we chose to be on our show team, Aquila being one.
