Shak is a calm male with a gentle nature. His production record is fantastic. He has sired multiple champion offspring and they display the whole package of excellence...type, conformation, density, consistent character, uniformity...did we say dense?...coverage and extreme uniform fineness...with good bites. As of spring 2023, Shak has 22 AOA registered offspring with show placings as follows for second place or better: One placed second. Four received firsts. Two earned RCs and four earned CHs. So ten of his 22 offspring thus far, have placed first or better. Sizzlin Shak is a paternal half brother to Red Granites' Val D Lsere. There are no words; this boy has it all. Laszlo is truly an exceptional alpaca. As he ages, he maintains extraordinary brightness and density and incredible uniformity. We absolutely love and cherish this boy. We can’t wait to see his cria in 2024. As judge Frauke Berman said while awarding him his white male color champion, “This male just really has it all. He really is the ideal representation of what the true huacaya alpaca should be.” Judge Amanda VandenBosch said when judging him in walking fleece, “He really is extraordinary. The uniformity he had is really amazing. It goes from shoulder to belly. The density and brightness are also great. Also considering how he looks I would love to use him as a breeder.” Judge Laurel Shouvlin said while awarding him first place, “He is beautifully built, really up right, and gorgeous substance of bone. The phenotype is also great. All his conformational traits and fleece traits are deserving of his blue ribbon.” Laszlo’s dam sadly passed away at age 17.
