TKAF Michelangelo’s Peruvian Divino is truly divine and named after his legendary sire, El Nino’s Accoyo Michelangelo. During the Renaissance Era, Michelangelo was routinely referred to as Divino is effort to captivate how incredible he was, which we feel is fitting for our boy.
Divino is the most loving sweetheart on the farm. He was born in the 90 degree hot June days of 2012 and required supplemental milk. He is growing like a weed and gets 2-3 supplemental bottles each day, but also nurses from mom, eats grain like a champ and loves to graze on orchard grass and hay all day long.
Divino’s dam is our super star show girl, TKAF Peruvian Emmy Award, a signature Charles P. Atlas gal who is a true diamond on our farm. She is so dense it is difficult to get down to her skin. She has a lovely bright crimpy medium fawn fleece and takes full coverage to a new level, even at 5 years old. She has long ear lashes, ripples of curls on her face, full top knot and fleece all the way down her sexy legs popping out of her toes. Emmy is a strong square well balanced gal who has a mild non alpha personality. Everyone who meets her, never forgets her.
Divino’s sire is the highly acclaimed El Nino’s Accoyo Michelangelo, a beige full Accoyo multiple champion super star. His specific genetics are well respected as wanted coast to coast. He is one of the very best herdsires in the US with a skin biopsy of 107 follicles/sq mm. This density is off the charts, numbers that no other alpaca has even come close to achieving in the US. He is ultra dense, super fine, amazingly consistent and extraordinarily bright with tight crimp. He is also square and compact with an impeccable personality requiring no halter to be lead.
Divino is medium fawn and has the sweetest personality like both parents. His fleece is bright and tremendously fine. He has the cute factor down and is perfection when it comes to conformation.
