This Jumanji son has been amazing since the day he was born. We were so sure he was special that we made up a name for him to assure his place in alpaca history...KOOLOSSAL. He has not disappointed. Koolossal's density is something to behold and you add to that an extremely uniform in character and fineness in a rich light brown color, he is everything we look for in a superb herdsire. He follows a tradition of outstanding herdsires in his pedigree starting with Bueno and continuing with Dakota, Jericho, Jeremiah and Jumanji. He is a 10-time color champion and multiple judges choice male and his crias have not disappointed. Her sire, Dorian has been awarded 11 Championships and 3 Judge's Choice Awards. Crysanthemum has excellent conformation on a solid and well grown frame with fleece that is very uniform, soft to the touch and shows excellent coverage. Crysanthemum's most outstanding claim to fame is being the dam of our 23x Champion, 4X Judges Choice winner, StrongShepherd Apollo by Koolassal! But in addition, she has given us two beautiful daughters, both sired by Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji, and an excellent Champion bay black male, Rafael, sired by our Zagato son, Zintars. Her first daughter, Cecelia, is a multiple Champion and 2X judges choice winner as well! Crysanthemum gave us a beautiful male cria by multiple champion Zagato son, Alpaca Palace Zagato's Zumba in June, 2023. She is now being re-bred with Apollo's sire, Koolosal for a 2024 cria. Judges at virtually every show he attended from Fall 2020 through the end of Spring 2022 were wowed by his presence, stature and fleece characteristics, awarding him a total of 25 blue ribbons, 16 Color Championships, 4 Judges Choice awards, and 7 Reserve Championships including the AOA National Light Male Invited Champions RC, the AOA National Light Male RC and the AOA National Light Male Fleece RC.
