His 15x scan shows fiber clusters very uniform in shape and placement within his connective tissue. His density is 57.25 follicles SQ MM of skin that measured 2.84 MM and 25 fiber clusters show an average S/P of 11.3 to 1. He shows level 3 of 4 gland presence and less than 20% of his secondary fibers show medullation. 100 secondary fibers average 17.4 microns and 50 primary fibers average 26.6 microns for a spread of 9.2 microns.
