Description

If we were staying in the alpaca business we would be keeping this one as a herdsire! His fleece quality was apparent when he was born. Catalyst was not cria shorn so his fleece is like velcro. Other than everything stuck to the outside, inside it is stunning. It is so crimpy and organized with long staple and plenty of density. It is like looking at his older sister's fleece (Absaroka Makulu's American Glory). She is the reason we went back to Makulu for a breeding and this boy does not disappoint! He is the whole package (already!). Fall 2022 - Catalyst successfully "did the deed", unfortunately, the female needed additional treatment in order to get pregnant. He takes his new job very seriously and needs to be on a farm that will use him. Spring 2023 - this male is stunning! We will post updated pictures when the mud has dried out. He needs to go somewhere he can be used! We only have 4 males left and we will be completely retired from alpacas. Consider adding this male to your herd.
