Connemara (Conne) was another rare find for us at Honey Maple Farms! She comes from a line of fantastic genetics and should contribute nicely to our herd. Conne is a big, inquisitive girl and a great mom! Conne's 2018 daughter, Ultima, is a beautiful girl out of Mont Alejandro. Conne delivered a BIG male cria, with very wrinkled skin, on 6/8/2020 from Ssilken's Accoyo Loar. Loar sports some very nice EPD stats! Gaelic Loar (Gael) of HMFS is exhibiting a ton of very dense fleece already. He was over 50 lbs. at only 2 1/2 months old! Now over 80 lbs. at 5 months! We feel he is going to be an amazing male for us in the future!! *JUNE 21 ,2021 UPDATE* Conne delivered yet another large, DENSE, male cria today from 5X Champion Pine's Edge Way To Go. This is his first male cria to date, Celtic Valor, and his fleece feels and looks amazing!! **July 2022** Conne and Sammy have produced a gorgeous male cria for us! Welcome Jameson!! Sammy has incredible density..76.8 follicles/mm.. and is still producing beautiful fleece at 4 years old. His EPD stats are top notch as well! We were looking forward to this cria with great anticipation. Madiba X Belmonte genetics...WOW! What a pedigree for this little guy!!! Conne has proven 4 times now, that she is a fantastic producer for us. Each of her 4 of her offspring to date has incredible density and wonderful conformation...ALL with different sires. We think she is a keeper!! **July 2023** Conne delivered a stunning male cria from her pairing with our multi-champion, Mystic of Bijou! However, due to a difficult presentation during birth, we lost this gorgeous male... such a disappointment for us.

His pedigree reads like a Who's Who of the Suri genetic world. His sire, Kanui, has a totally stacked pedigree including 4X Judge's Choice and 2015 Futurity Herdsire of the Year, Wyuna by Chakotah. Add in some Kahuna, Inca, Rockstar, Torbio, Ramilo..and you get a true genetic powerhouse! Kanui himself is a 4X Champion who has also won Judges Choice, Best Hand and Best Lock for his fleece! His dam, Sierra Gold, also has an outstanding pedigree which contains some of the strongest bloodlines in the industry... Bruxo, Lethal Weapon, Sweet Foxfire Jax, Uribe, Jax Crossfire and a bit of Macgyver. She is a high quality female, producing several champion quality crias (including Chakota's Joaquin and Futurity winner, Mocha Twist) and we are so excited to welcome one of them to our herd!!! Mystic was never shown, but he doesn't need ribbons to back up his outstanding quality. His FIRST EVER show, and he is following in his sire's footsteps!! At 4+ years old, Judge Arturo Pena appreciated his lasting fleece traits and overall conformation. We are so proud of this boy!! **FEB 2023** Mystic loves the color purple!! He brought home 2 more banners over the weekend in North Carolina! He was Reserve Color Champ (to our Gaelic Loar) in the Carolina Alpaca Celebration. Then, he took the Championship in the Carolina Alpaca Parade!! Both Judges were very impressed with Mystic's luster, density, uniformity of micron and overall correct body frame--remarking about his straight topline and stating that he was the "obvious choice" for his Champion banner. At almost 5 years old, he is displaying these traits very well and we are so proud of him!! **March 2023** Mystic has certainly surpassed all our expectations since our decision to get him into the show ring as an adult male!! We cannot say enough how proud we are of him and his accomplishments!! This male is an excellent addition to our breeding program, and we are getting VERY positive reviews on his first offspring, Mystic Karma, who has also done well in the show ring. Mystic has 4 new crias born in 2024 and he is not done yet! We are loving the look of this year's crias!!!
