19 Time Halter Champion in True Black! 2012 has been good to Jacob Black. Every show he went to, he was the Color Champion, and it didn't matter if it was the Futurity or Nationals. He finished 2012 with a stellar 19 halter champion banners! Jacob Black has great conformation, a beautiful fleece, and a handsome head. His true black fleece is extremely uniform with a very expressive crimp style found normally on white animals. His personality is laid back and gentle. Jacob Black started showing when he was 9 months old, and since that time, he bannered in every show he went to, with the exception of a blue ribbon at the Futurity when he was 10 months old. Jacob is not available to outside breedings. He will be an exclusive, restricted herdsire for our black program, and he will join 15 time champion Knight Rider in producting show winning blacks. Update: Jacob Black wins Reserve Dark Herdsire at the 2015 Futurity and the 2016 Futurity! That is a fabulous achievement! Update: Jacob Black's crias are outstanding, and many of them are already champions themselves!

AROSA Peruvian Dazzlyn is an elite black. With 7 Champion banners to her name, in halter, you know she's nice! Dazzlyn has true black crimpy fiber that feels like a white. Dazzlyn has championships in her genes. Her dam has won many championships, and her sire has many as well. We are looking for great things from this little gal, and her excellence has earned a spot on our foundation herd. We look forward to the future with her offspring. Right now we plan to breed her to Jericho in the spring of 2010. Update: Dazzlyn's first cria is here, a dark brown maybe bay black girl out of Jericho. She's a keeper! 2014 Update: Dazzlyn has had her cria from 38 Special and it is a bay black/dark brown boy. Fleece looks special indeed!

Crescendo is truly the cream of the crop (with 30 banners to back it up)! An outstanding phenotype - boxy and square with great bone, an exceptional leg set, and a perfect bite. He is covered in fiber from head to toe. His fleece exhibits extreme density, a high frequency, high amplitude crimp structure, phenomenal brightness, and an exquisite, soft hand. He is the most decorated and highly awarded offspring of the late, great Snowmass Matrix (pictured). Matrix was the 2006 and 2008 National Light Male Champion and was also a two-time National and two-time Futurity Get of Sire winner. Talk about a male that truly shaped this industry - Matrix had over 475 offspring and was producing champions until his passing just shy of his 21st birthday. We are honored to continue his legacy with Crescendo as part of our herd. Matrix was sired by another industry shaper, Snowmass Quecha (pictured) and out of a Peruvian Legacy (pictured) daughter, Snowmass Legacy's Lass. Crescendo's Judge's Choice dam, Crescent Moon's Elizario's Princess (pictured), also hails from a long lineage of elite animals. She was the 2017 National Champion and the 2021 National Produce of Dam winner. She's sired by multi-champion Cresent Moon's Accoyo Elizario (pictured), an Accoyo Elite son. We can't say enough about this male - there aren't many animals that can lead such an undefeated show career.
