It seems he is allowing the dam line to push color through while also substantially improving the fleece quality and uniformity across the blanket. This stunning girl was our farm's first venture into appaloosa genetics, and we couldn't be happier with her. She has amazing coverage from head to toe, bright and crimpy fiber, perfect compact conformation and a curious and confident attitude to go with it! Judge's comments at CABA 2017 "Beautiful hand and staple length. Nice compact frame, spirited female." She is one of only six female appaloosas produced by Billabong, and is certainly one of only a handful of harlequins sired by him.
