Sire of Champions

MFI Peruvian Candyman

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
DOB: 4/30/200816 yrs
Another “treasure” has joined Hidden Acres Alpacas! MFI Peruvian Candyman will be residing here from October 2019 to Spring 2020. If you want a male that can make a champion in any color then look no further...Candyman "can”! Candyman’s offspring are winning championships in halter and fleece. He passes on his amazing uniformity and brightness, as well as a high frequency, high amplitude crimp to his offspring consistently. The density levels are ridiculous considering the low micron fleeces he is making and possesses himself. Honestly, any girl can be bred to Candyman and it will be amazing regardless of color. I should mention that he is the sire of the 2014 Grey Male Futurity Champion, KVR's Peruvian True Eye Candy (aka Ike), owned by Delphi Alpacas. Breed your best and watch Candyman stand up to the test, or breed your girls that need some fixing and watch Candyman give you what you are wishing. Candyman is the standing stud at Houchin Family Alpacas. However, he will be here at Hidden Acres Alpacas in Texas from October 2019 to Spring 2020. Contact us to book your breedings to this incredible stud. He is still producing amazing cria. Check out his latest beautiful fawn daughter! $1000 for a drive by, $1250 for standard breeding. Make your breeding plans now, before he leaves in the spring of 2020!

“Georgia” Is a beautiful peachy fawn color. She is the center of attention on farm tours and will cush and stay there as long as anyone is rubbing her. Her fleece has good character with fineness & bundling. Georgia’s fleece has done well at shows, and her histogram proves it with a micron of 19.1 at 35 months of age! Sire side genetics - Legacy, Hemingway, Elite Maximus Dam side genetics - Jeronimo, Cactus Jack, Status Symbol Georgia gave birth to a beautiful boy in October 2019 sired by Michangelo’s Awakening. Georgia gave us a beautiful fawn girl sired by MFI Peruvian Candyman in the fall of 2020. Georgia is now bred to the stunning Xanadu Alchemist for a fall 2021 cria.

Service Sire: HDN Loro’s Winky Piana

Snowmass Loro Piana son! 15.9 mic

HDN Loro’s Winky Piana

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)White, Light Fawn
AOA# 35436034DOB: 11/28/20204 yrs
Meet Winky. Why do we call him Winky? Take a look at his beautiful fawn eye patch! How unique! This beautiful young male is an outstanding addition to our farm. His pedigree speaks volumes. Why? Well Winky’s sire is non other that the elite Snowmass Loro Piana, who is the embodiment of everything one desires in a white breeding male. Let’s talk about his stats. At Loro’s 1st Shear: 10.8 mic, with a 2.8 SD! At 5 years old, he had a 16mic with a 3.7 SD. This guy is fine, consistent and dense, and is carrying these traits as he ages. Loro Piana has now been purchased by a farm in Canada where he will continue to pass on his amazing genetics. Winky’s dam is Xanadu P Haven One who has produced 5 extraordinary cria, all of whom have shown quite well. Haven has always allowed the service sire’s elite traits to pass on to her cria. As for Winky’s fleece, it is very bright, and very fine. Just look at his histogram at a 15.9 micron! You can’t go wrong with this guy. He is amazing guy who is sure to improve fleece traits. If we were to stay with a light breeding program, I would never give up this guy, as he is such an eye catcher, and I just can’t get over how DENSE he is, and he is so uniform throughout. He is a fiber artist’s dream. However because we are shifting gears and downsizing, he needs to go to a farm that can use him to excel their program. Reach out now!
