This large handsome boy is stunning and he knows it! Great staple length, beautiful crimp, and great density! Everything we were looking for in a stud. Big, heavy boned, conformationally correct plus look at that coverage! Topknot to toes!!! SO MUCH FLEECE!!!Ready to begin his breeding career.***Whitty has his first cria on the ground a stunning, heavy boned, beige female just like her daddy*** Whitlock is sired by the one and only Snowmass Matrix, and is out of a Reserve Color Champion female.Besides the amazing genetics, he has the potential to throw some color in his cria since his dam comes from a colored background. Add the Snowmass Matrix bloodline to your herd in 2025! AHRF Peruvian Whitlock is standing at stud in Galchutt, ND at Ten Seven Acres.

Amazingly Bright White Fleece!

Ten Seven Acres' Janet Yellen

HuacayaOpen (Female)White
AOA# 35107255DOB: 9/10/20168 yrs
Janet is an amazingly inquisitive young female which we are so excited to breed this fall. Her staple length is fantastic, her soft buttery handle will surely make excellent fiber products. With all the color in her background we are sure this girl can throw some amazing colored babies with the right male. And we think we have the right male for the job AHRF Peruvian Macgregor. ****Update Janet has been bred to AHRF Peruvian Whitlock. We decided to try and lock in the Staple length and fineness and stamp that into this breeding. But with color in both backgrounds we might just pull color from two whites. You never know. *****

Description

Astro is a precocious young male, a farm favorite, who has really grown into his own as a fiber machine. He got the best of both worlds his mothers fleece brightness and staple length combined with his Daddy's strong conformation, staple and fineness. Astro is a chip off the old block except he improves his daddies staple and still packs tons on fleece on a correct frame and temperament our idea of the perfect herdsire. Unfortunately a farm accident required Astro to be gelded, so now his roll on the farm is that of a fiber producing machine. As a farm ambassador he excels at showing visitors what Phenotypically correct Male should look like, such a shame he can't pass on those characteristics.
