~ VADER ~ (MMALP Goldstar's VADER)

SuriHerdsire (Male)True Black
AOA# 35064183DOB: 11/5/201311 yrs
Our VADER'S kids have hit the show ring, big time. True black son, Uproar, has been named 2 X AOA Supreme Champion and Judge's Choice at Futurity and GWAS. Vader's son Cinch has been named AOA National Black Champion and Vader son, Lights Out was named Champion black male at GWAS, while Vader son Applejack was named Champion fawn male at GWAS. Vader won the Get of Sire, dark offspring, class at AOA Nationals. What a start for the Vader kids!! VADER is a true black herdsire with exact conformation and top biopsy scores to support his fleece quality. And, he is deep true black offering the possibility of rich color in his offspring. VADER has an outstanding pedigree and is sired by the famous Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar who was named 2015 Res Herdsire of the Year. Vader's dam, Stone Brook's Midnight Lockdown is a true black multiple champion including AOBA Nationals. Add these genetics to Vader's biopsy scores and you can see why we're so excited about this boy. EXCEPTIONAL BIOPSY SCORES: DENSITY - 68 follicles/sq. mm (average 44.3), SECONDARY/PRIMARY FIBERS- S/P ratio, 12.1-1 (average 9.5-1), LUSTER - 4/4 glands (average 2.9), FINENESS - secondary fibers 21.5 (average 24.1). (Averages are for Suri Males, 2014 thru March 2016, Dr Norm Evans). Please click the article tab above and read the Skin Biopsies article, by Liz Vahlkamp, to more fully understand the importance of these outstanding scores. Vader can definitely add density, luster and fineness to his offspring and his locks are consistent and well defined. VADER experienced a significant fleece break as a youngster and as a result was never shown in full fleece. It remains for his offspring to bring home the banners. I'm proud to co-own Vader with Mike and Janet Wilkins at Wilkin's Ranch Alpacas.

Dam:

CINDERS DAUGHTER

ALLEY (GLR Alley Cat)

SuriOpen (Female)True Black
AOA# 35218760DOB: 4/25/20159 yrs
After six straight black boys, by Vader and Uproar, it's time for a change and maybe a girl. Alley is bred to classic gray, BIR's General Sterling Price a , multiple champion, including the Futurity and Nationals, who won championships in his second fleece! Alley sells with her 2022 son, Up Shot, GWAS Res Champion. Put Alley in a package and save. ALLEY brings champion lineage on both sides of her powerful pedigree and has proven herself in the show ring as a juvenile. As a Shavano granddaughter, with Cinders as her sire, and Ali as her mother, Alley has a pedigree of Champion, true black Suris on both sides. Her sire Cinders is the 2016 and 2017 Futurity Dark Herdsire of the year. Her dam, GLR Ali, is a 7 time champion and Black Champion at the prestigious Suri Network Fleece Show. Alley's fleece exhibits great luster, density and independence of lock. She is that dark blue black color, that always turns heads. Alley gave birth to a striking true black son, Lights Out, by Vader, summer 2018. This boy was named Champion at GWAS, at just 10 months and is the only boy to beat Uproar in the show ring. Lights went on to earn AOA National Fleece Champion, in his second fleece and he is being retained as a herdsire at Pines Edge. The breeding to Vader was repeated for a spring 2019 cria and Alley delivered another great looking true black boy, Out A Sight, who sold quickly. Another, striking, coal black boy in 2020, Good Trouble, sold quickly after earning a championship. Alley is a great mom with easy deliveries and plenty of milk and she is consistent in producing top quality.
