AOA# 35279945DOB: 5/31/201410 yrs
Dark fawn, full Accoyo. Dense dense dense. Look at that fleece picture. He is calm and shy, and easy to handle once caught. His pedigree is the who's-who of Accoyos - Caligula, El Nino, Victor, Leon, Lincoln, El Moustachio, Felix, Goldsmith, and of course, Royal Fawn. His dam Envy is a Color Champ and blue ribbon winner, and sire Kosmo's is a Reserve Color Champ, known for buttery soft fleece with extreme density. Enki was a "barn find" (think, expensive classic car forgotten in an old barn), not even having been registered until he made his debut at the 2017 Wisconsin Alpaca & Fiber Fest. BROWN! He got placed in "2 year old Brown males." But so did Snowmass Idaho Joe of Tiskilwa Farms. Enki held his own, and came in second to Idaho Joe. Plus, he was the most popular alpaca there - he constantly had 5-10 people around his pen taking pictures. He was loving it. Enki is long and lanky, and built a bit downhill. He has teeth that do need to be trimmed. Enki produced a beige (full Accoyo) girl out of a white dam. Waiting for the cria fleece to be taken off and to see what comes in. Co-owned with Blue Ridge Alpaca Ranch in Coon Valley, WI.

Malena's Peruvian Accoyo Justice

AOA# 847163DOB: 6/7/200321 yrs
Accoyo Justice is a large, full Accoyo, white female with a dark fawn spot. Her conformation and bite are (were) flawless. At 17 years old, she's not much to look at now, but in her glory days she was a looker (even just a few years ago). She typically is good to pass her density, uniformity, complete coverage and fineness to her off-spring. Accoyo Justice is out of two impressive animals, PPPeruvian Cordero and Accoyo Malena. Cordero was one of Don Julio's first picks. The late Accoyo Cordero was nationally and internationally known for producing champions. This renowned hersire was owned by Anthony Stachowski of Stachowski Alpacas. Accoyo Cordero was a cornerstone in their breeding program for many years. Accoyo Justice's dam, Accoyo Malena, produced prize winning off-spring for years. She does have a strong personality and a very deep voice, and she will let you know if she is not happy; she's quite accurate with the green gunk too. Either she likes you (meaning, she tolerates you), or hates you. (Hence, that's why hubby says she needs to go). You have to deal with her on her terms - accept those, and your relationship with her is fine. And one of her terms is staying away from her feet - she does not like her feet touched. She does not act 17. She is still cycling regularly (she lost twins spring 2018 and delivered cria 2019). She did have a hard time keeping weight on while nursing her 2019 cria - she loved getting the extra food and quickly learned that she was special!

Description

Well, Jenki was a suprise - white out of a dark fawn to light brown sire and a white dam (with fawn spots) who has produced fawn even when bred to white. We really were expecting darker. Physically on the smaller size (75 lb at a year), but very soft, consistent micron fiber. Not the best picture of Jenki - he really does have two ears.
