D'Artangnan is only a youngster but is already looking like a champ. He is very dense with lots of bundles and curls and a very easy going personality. He got a second place at the Northeast Alpaca Expo and his fleece placed second at EAA's fleece show. His 2014 histogram was micron, 19.3, with an SD of 4.2. His greater than 30 was 1.6 with a comfort factor of 98.4. The judge praised his bright fleece and staple length. He would make a great herdsire with genetics from Peruvian Lancaster and Never Ending Buckus.

Stiletto Gold- such a fancy name, such a fancy girl. Her fleece is special-bright as bright can be with that buttery feel in dense bundles and very bold crimp architecture. Charli and Greytness hit this one out of the park. This male is solid in every way. The true black fleece just drips with brightness. Cody is a beautiful true black guy out of GAF Greytness by Quatrain. He also has Legend's Challenger of KPR as his grandfather on his mom's side. Two reasons I purchased him. He is a very easy going boy with the prettiest black fleece I have seen in a long time. Can't wait for his offspring. Amanda's comments at the show were deep, deep black with good brightness and handle and good staple length. He has a solid frame with great capacity and good balance. Cody has gotten a few small white spots in his fleece, I assume from his gray dad, Greytness, but still beautiful fleece. I am expecting one of his cria this summer and have one of his cria here from last year.
