BEETHOVEN'S DORIAN Born on July 4, 2009, Beethoven's Dorian will grab your attention like a fireworks show. He is a handsomely balanced light brown male with excellent fleece characteristics and an impressive show record. Dorian has conquered all to bring home not ONE, or TWO, but THREE Judge's choice awards, his most recent being at the Empire Extravaganza 2011! Dorian has also won 11 Color Championships along with Futurity Reserve Championship. Dorian is sired by none other than NM Beethoven, a phenomenal herdsire and 12X CHAMP. Dorian's dam is AEA Delaney, a Snowmass Cangalli Gold Daughter who is also no stranger to the show ring. In case you missed the announcement - BEETHOVEN DORIAN'S breeding's are now closed, but don't despair. We have some beautiful foundation girls bred to him for Spring/Summer crias. Purchase one of the girls now for your own Dorian cria, purchase a foundation girl and we will throw in a breeding to Dorian or reserve a weaned baby for late Fall or Winter. Either way you won't lose. He has been siring some pretty awesome offspring. Feel free to contact us at info@cabinviewalpacas with any questions you may have. PROUDLY CO-OWNED WITH AUTUMN MIST ALPACA & FIBER MILL and VIRGINIA BREEZE

Dam: CVAF DAISY MAE

Daisy, Daisy - give me your answer do...

CVAF DAISY MAE

HuacayaBred (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 32636673DOB: 7/27/20159 yrs
CVAF Daisy Mae is a beautiful yearling female with incredible genetics. Her sire XXXtreme Xclipse won 8 championships and 4 Judges’ Choice awards during his show career. Her dam, FT Sunflower, is out of Snowmass Rising Sun, who passed before his time and before his name was well known, but the few cria he produced went on to be award winning alpaca. FT Sun Flower was no exception. Daisy just ended her show career, finishing with 3 Championships and 4 1st place ribbons. Although an extremely friendly girl she was one of those alpacas that hated the show ring, and didn’t always put on the best show for the judges – but, she still did damn well. While not the finest fleece for a Light/Medium Fawn, she exhibits all the desirable characteristics in her fleece, from a beautiful crimp, a soft, cuddly handle and wonderful uniformity. Daisy is bred to Beethoven’s Dorian – a truly amazing herdsire, sporting 3 Judges’ Choice Awards, along with 13 Championships. He is putting some fabulous cria on the ground, and we would expect nothing but greatness out of this pairing. Daisy Mae will be a true asset for anyone’s foundation herd. The only reason we would consider letting Daisy get away, is we own her dam and sire – and hopefully can make a Daisy II.

Ganymede will be at AMAF in NY again this Summer! BEEN THINKING ABOUT IT, BUT VA TOO FAR TO GO? Contact us to discuss getting a breeding in VA, NY, or TX. Time is running out to purchase a breeding to Ganymede, the 2017 AOA Nat’l Supreme Champion. Color genotype: ee Aa. Can produce black! He's making Champions & Judges Choice offspring!! Extraordinary Offspring: CNTRL Ganymede's Hannah B, has 22 Championships and 4 Judges Choice awards competing as a fawn female -AND- she is the 2021/22 #5 female in the Nation!! AMAF Islamadora, has 20 Championships, including the 2024 AOA National Championship, and received her first Judges Choice award as a yearling in Fall of 2023! StrongShepherd Juno, is a 16x Champion & JC male, and CCNF (arguably the top breeding farm in the country) purchased half-interest in this incredible male to bring different genetics into their herd! "This male shows extremely strong fiber traits that should be passed to his offspring...Bred to top notch females, you should expect many champions." -- Comments from Dr. Norm Evans' biopsy report SKIN BIOPSY was performed at 30 months of age by Dr. Norm Evans in December 2017. Of note, his 15x scan shows large fiber clusters uniform in shape and placement within his connective tissue. His scan shows only 4 guard type hairs from the 6800+ fibers in his 10 MM tissue punch. His true density is 86.75 follicles per SQ MM of skin. He shows a level 2 of 4 gland structure, with an average S/P ratio of 14.1 to 1, and only 11% of his secondary fibers are medullated which is rare since the average is near 60%. His 250x scan shows the presence of many round secondary fibers, and one hundred typical secondary fibers averaged 17.8 microns — at 30 months old!! According to Dr. Evans 30 months is the recommended age for skin biopsies and gives the most accurate values. Full report available upon request. While Ganymede’s breeding fee is firm, we can offer attractive discounts on any solely owned herdsire in a multiple breeding package. We also have females available that have already been bred to Ganymede or can be purchased with a future breeding to him. Please give us a call to discuss. Ganymede is Co-Owned with Rancho Inca Alpacas located in Navasota TX

Description

Beautiful Sweet Pea! Sweet Pea is a product/combination of Beethoven's Dorian on the sire side and XXXtreme Xclipse on the dam side. She was birthed at our farm for a client and we fell "head over heels" for her, so we bought her. Sweet Pea has grown into a beautiful young female. Her fleece is fine, soft, dense, crimpy....have I said enough. Sweet Pea'nut would sell with a breeding to any of Cabin View's unrestricted herdsires. We would suggest Apollo, Drifter or Divine Starz XX. JULY 2020 UPDATE: Due to a portion of Sweet Pea'nuts fleece becoming contaminated during the winter, we choose to enter her in the Spin-off and Cottage Fleece AOA National Shows instead of the regular fleece category. She took 1st in both Spin-off and Cottage Fleece. JULY 2022 UPDATE: In June of 2022, Sweetpea presented us with her first cria, sired by Snowmass Devine StarzXX. WOW!!! What a beauty.
