I-Star passed on his great conformation to Legend; including bite, straight legs, & straight top line: as well as his FANTASTIC fiber with a tight and uniform crimp, lock structure, density, coverage, soft handle & bundling and luster. Rockford Racquel is an extraordinary alpaca, specifically for throwing a ton of staple length and density. She is remarkably dense and has the well-known champions MSA Hemingway's Bogart, Peruvian Hemingway, and Peruvian Don Julio in her close ancestry, as well as having Snowmass Shalimara as her dam. Need we say more? We have bred Racquel three times to our Champion Snowmass Reminicence, who has almost impenetrably dense fleece and a champion ancestry line from Snowmass Snowmaster, Snowmass Edelweis, Snowmass Legacy Gold, and Snowmass Andean Gold. Each time, this well-thought out match produced light-colored cria: Repertoire (2012), Rainbeau (2013), and Rockridge (2014), each of which are nothing less than exquisite, having inherited their parents' outstanding fleece characteristics and good, straight, & strong confirmation.
