We are thrilled to announce "The Gangster" has arrived! A two time first place ribbon winner and a Reserve Color Champion in the US. The Gangster has a pedigree that takes the guess work out of any breeding decision. He is a product of years of genetics and it shows. Camilio, Auzengate, Caligula, Bueno, Don Julio, Augusto, Leon, Jericho, Jeremiah, Blythe (full sibling to MFI Brock), Accoyo America Marathon and of course his sire TAG Peruvian Bellagio. All this in a perfect 17 micron fawn package!! Gangster is producing very well for us....our first 2 years we had a total of 7 offspring from Gangster. Collectively they have won: 1 Supreme Championship 11 Grand/Reserve Championships 14 First Place Ribbons Gangster is definitely an asset to our breeding program! Update 2023 - Gangster is still our go to boy for stamping excellent conformation and type for a compact frame with excellent very uniform fleeces. If he threw more girls we would use him a lot more. That is really saying something on our farm at his age.

Makina is one of my favorite crias from 2014. Her sire is Diomedes and he really let the dams color through. Makina's fleece is very dense. Makina delivered a dark fawn boy out of Gangster in 2018. (SOLD) Makina delivered a stunning light girl out of Gangster in 2019. This cria has exceptional density and crimp for such a young girl. (SOLD) Makina delivers a true black female in 2021! Khloe is looking like a very nice black! 1st Place at her first show! Makina has now been bred to Rebel for a 2022 cria! Makina delivers a beautiful light brown girl in 2022! This is her best cria yet! Makina is a very easy keeper and is quite overweight. This would be a great starter female. We have bred Makina to Blackmail for a 2023 cria. If she maintains this pregnancy, this should be a black cria. Makina is very sweet when not bred, we are looking for a nice home for her as she finishes up her breeding career here at KJ.

Welcome Red Granites Pallaton to our herd! Purchased at the Amber Autumn Auction, Pallaton has grown into a beautiful male. From Reserve Champion at his 1st Canadian Show to Supreme Champion at his 2nd show. Pallaton was able to settle a few females easily at 2 years of age. The temperament on this boy is stellar and so is his fleece. High frequency super fine consistent fleece on a mid sized perfect frame. What more could you ask for? How about producing black? Yup, Pallaton's first cria was black! We are very pleased with the offspring that Pallaton has sired. His offspring from 2021 are some of the best produced here at KJ Alpacas.
