FOR SALE, 50% OWNERSHIP IN MAJESTIC'S MAN AMONG MEN!!!! Majestic's Man, a Jumanji son, has it all. This pre-potent male now has 28 offspring. Most importantly a long winning show record for Man and his offspring for both fleece and halter. Man's show record as a juvenile is unmatched, starting with the 2016 Futurity and ending with being in the running for Supreme Champion at the 2017 AOA Nationals. Majestic's Man's fleece density is likely in the top 100 alpacas in the AOA database. His 2022 fleece weighed in at 14.5 pounds. This trait of density is definitely passed on to his offspring. His fleece weight EPD is 1.25%. Now, having had many offspring of Man's in my herd, I can assure anyone interested in breeding that he will produce density in all his cria. One of his offspring, Rockstar's Material Girl took all the top fleece honors at the Gold Country Gathering in 2021. Majestic's Man's fiber and phenotype are all Jumanji. The only difference is his fiber is light, but don't let the light fiber shy you away, there is ample color in his background. Man has been genetically color tested and those results are available upon request. During his show career, every time his fleece was shown it was classified as white, in halter beige. Man's breeder Faye Farley of Majestic Meadows describes Man Among Men as having a "Breathtaking fleece and breathtaking phenotype". "An excellent combination for sure!" All you have to do is look at this fiber and you know he was destined for greatness. AOA agrees by giving Man a first place in white male juvenile fleece in 2016 AOA National Fleece show. The most striking quality is his uniformity. We purchased him on the spot and then he went into the show ring at six months. He won first for light and color champion in a very large 2016 field of alpacas.

Dam: El Bello's Alexa

Grade 1 fineness at age 11.

El Bello's Alexa

HuacayaOpen (Female)Medium Fawn
AOA# 31397308DOB: 8/3/200816 yrs
This girl has vicuna looking and feeling fiber. She caries Grade 1 fiber through ll years. We purchased Alexa as a foundation dam of ultra fine fiber. She is now one of many females on our ranch with exceptionally fine fiber and the EPDs to produce offspring with ultra fine fiber. An important reason for our adding Alexa to our foundation herd is her Staple Length and Fiber weight EPDs are good, giving no loss of SL while improving fineness. Alexa has the ideal genetic picture, improve fineness and staple length together, that is a difficult thing to accomplish in the world of breeding, but Alexa does this. Alexa also has color in her background, her dam was black. This makes her AFD even more amazing. Alexa's Histogram for 2019 is amazing. She caries in her genetics extreme longevity of fineness. When they coined the term foundation dam she is one of the elite type the word signifies. We at Colusa Riverside are so blessed to have this girl in our foundation. Alexa's sire was El Bello and was most likely responsible for her outstanding fiber stats. El Bello is probably one of the most potent and prolific Stud masters of all the first import progeny. Alexa is in the top 1% club for ARI in three fiber traits. When we see El Bello in the heritage of an alpaca we know the animal will carry genetics for longevity of fineness. At age 11 years after 5 crias she has unbelievably soft fiber with an AFD of 20 microns. It is unusual to have an alpaca in the 1% club for one fiber trait let alone three traits. Description

Burning Man is out of our second crop of Majestic's Man Among Men offspring for 2019. Burney as we call him has a bit of elegance to him. He will definitely bring some old and new genetics to any breeding program. His dam El Bello's Alexa is one of our foundation dams. She carries an AFD of 18 at age 10 years of age. Alexa has some of the best EPDs on the ranch. A well rounded EPD picture that includes excellent trait values for the fineness traits but matches that with ability to put staple length along with those traits. Though Burney does not have his own EPDs yet both Mom & Dad's are in top percentiles in the nation, guaranteed to give Burney the same kind of trait values. He is also destined to have longevity of fineness given his mothers longevity of fineness. Dad, Majestic's Man brings all favorable fiber character and exceptional EPD trait values to his offspring. He sheared 10 lbs of fleece this year and much of that is based in a long staple length. His fleece is highly uniform. Matching these two genetic lines in Burning Man will bring the best of both. To date, all of Man's offspring carry that uniform long staple length. Many of which have greater than 3 inches by 6 months of age, and winning in the show ring for this valuable fiber characteristic. Burning Man would prove to be a valuable Herd Sire and yet not break the bank due to his young age. We will show Burning Man this fall and next spring and expect good results. You can get this genetically talented male, call and we can discuss a reasonable price point. See his projected EPD trait values below. He will be in low percentiles for all his fineness values.
