Top 1% in 3 categories and Top 5% in 3 categories. Dr Norm Evan's Biopsy report: “WLK Electrofyre” was biopsied as a 3 year old white Suri male. His ARI# is 31778002. His 15X scan shows fiber clusters that are very symmetrical and uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. This trait likely passed from his dam. His density is 55.25 follicles SQ MM of skin and his S/P ratio from 25 clusters averages 8.5 to 1. Note on the S/P & 250X scan that greater than 80% of his secondary fibers are medullated as shown by the red spots in the center of the fibers. He shows level 4 of 4 gland structure. This trait was likely passed from his sire. The glandular infrastructure is likely genetic and gland density is likely nutritional. One hundred secondary fibers averaged 20.8 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 26.3 microns. This equates to a micron variation of only 5.5 microns. Note from all scans the grey areas around the follicles which should create super luster as well as being a genetic trait passed from the sire to his offspring. His strongest trait is likely his fineness with only a 5.5 micron spread. This trait with few fibers greater than 30 microns appears also to be a strong trait passed from the sire to the offspring as well. His density averages 20% greater than the best Suri males and with 80% of this secondary fiber medullated, he likely feels even more dense. This male is strong with genetic fiber traits.

We purchased Seleena at the 2014 National Auction from Ameripaca. She is a stunning white female with incredible independent locking. She only showed as a yearling and was awarded two championships during her short career. Seleena delivered a 19 lb white female cria on May 5 and she is a beauty. Siefyre resides in Oregon at Dakini Suri Alpacas and was in the top 1% 2017 EPD's in AFD, SF and % F>30!! Seleena is due in the Spring of 2016 with another Electrofyre offspring!! She delivered a beautiful bright white female cria on May 26th. This cria is a full sister to Raynay's SieFyre. Star of Seleena is owned by Heart and Soul Alpacas and her 2017 EPD's listed her in the top 5% in 4 different categories. Seleena X Electrofyre seems to be a magical combination so we are delighted to announce Seleena is due early Spring 2019 with another Electrofyre cria!! Stay tuned. The sun decided to come out today and so did Seleena's cria, with a little help from Dr Benson at CEH. Beautiful, healthy 15 pound female with lots of spunk! We have named her Selectra and she will be residing in the great state of Oklahoma Summer 2020! Seleena delivered a white female cria sired by Golden Legacy July 2022. This beautiful girl is Semolina and she has been purchased by Shelhart Acres Farm in Indiana. As a yearling, Semolina has had an outstanding Fall 2023 show season garnering 5 banners so far! The proof is in the progeny. Seleena has produced outstanding offspring when bred to different herdsires. She has sought after genetics from the Ameripaca program. We are offering Seleena for sale as she will make an amazing foundation female. She has served us well but it is time to reduce the herd.

We are glad to have purchased some interest in Page Master. If you are looking for an outstanding white herdsire that doesn't have Sedoso, Kahuna, Torbio, Zeus Rose, Zephyr, or Crown Royale in its pedigree, then Page Master is the one for you. He doesn't even have one of the most common herdsires of color in his pedigree and that's MacGyver. We know that he can be used with every single production female in our herd without crossing any of the lineages and it's most likely going to be the same with your herd, too. Page Master has great Suri conformation including an exemplary Suri head style and great fleece coverage from ears to toes. His fleece has wonderful lock structure throughout, the locks are solid, the fleece is dense, the fleece has a great handle, and great luster. Page Master was biopsied at 2 years. His density is 60.45 follicles per sq mm. He has an S/P ratio of 11.4 to 1 and a secondary AFD of 19.8 with a primary AFD of 28.1 for a spread of only 8.3 microns. The density, the S/P ratio, and the S to P spread are all much better than average and are traits that will genetically be passed on to his offspring. His EPDs also indicate that he will significantly improve average fiber diameter, spin fineness, percent of fibers greater than 30 microns, and staple length regrowth in his progeny. At 18 months his histogram was 18.8 microns AFD, 4.5 micron SD, and only 1.9% > 30 microns. At age 5.5 years his histogram is 23.4 microns AFD, 5.8 micron SD, and 11.5% > 30 microns. We feel that's pretty good for an almost 6 year old male that is being used for breeding purposes and that he is doing a good job of maintaining his fineness as he is growing older. Overall, the data indicates Page Master is a male that will improve the fleeces in your herd!
