Dulce is one of our best producing females. She's true black, an easy keeper, and a good mom with plenty of milk. Dulce's first cria was an absolutely stunning dark silver grey girl in May 2012. On May 12, 2014 Dulce had an absolutely stunning grey boy, Diamante, sired by Chief Grey Feather (ARI #31825610), who is described as having “ideal fineness, silky hand, uniform throughout, high frequency, well defined crimp, virtually no guard hair, and a plethora of grey and black genetics.” Diamante was born big, strong, and was up and running in no time, with gorgeous fleece! He ended up taking a blue ribbon at his first show! On October 1, 2015, Dulce did it again! She had her third tux grey, this time out of our silver grey male, Jeremiah, a Rincon Cloud boy who is now standing stud at another farm. Dulce's newest cria is named Dulcinea del Toboso, from one our favorite literary masterpieces, Miguel de Cervantes' novel Don Quixote. On September 21, 2016, Dulce had a bay black boy with superb fleece from Snowmass Enlightenment!

Description

I can not imagine a more beautiful silver grey fiber. His appy spots are a sign of his genetic breeding line. He was winning ribbons when he was in shows. He received a blue ribbon a his first show, the 2015 Alpaca Fest West in Norco. The same year he took the red at the California Classic. In 2016 he got a silver ribbon at the California Classic for Walking Fleece.
