At the 2017 CABA Classic, judge Kristin Buhrman was so impressed by Ready to Rock's fleece that she couldn't find a single primary fiber in any of the samples she pulled from his blanket. In addition to his exquisite fleece, Ready to Rock possesses a full, true-to-type head and impeccable conformation, making him a joy to behold in the fields. With an illustrious lineage boasting elite light fleece, Ready to Rock inherits exceptional genetics. His dam, MFI Peruvian Cradle Rocker, descends from Snowmass Millenium, renowned for producing dense white fleece. Moreover, his sire has proven his mettle by winning shows at the national level, showcasing the excellence of his fleece. Ready to Rock's lineage traces back to Guellermo and Timoteo, two of the original studs at Magical Farms, further solidifying his impressive genetic makeup. This male is poised to produce elite fleeces, a trait that is already evident in his stunning crimp, brightness, and uniformity. The future indeed looks bright, and not just because of his fleece! Peri (Purr-ee) is a stand out on the farm. Her fleece is flashy. When parting her fleece, the brightness pops right out at you and the crimp is consistent and defined. She is carrying excellent density and has very few medullated fibers across the blanket. Her fleece makes her one of my favorites in the program. As she matures, I have to consider how I want to breed her. The choice is made difficult by her versatility. Her advanced light fleece gives the option to breed her for an elite white program while her colorful pedigree suggests utilizing her as a top color producer.
