Full Peruvian knock out.. This total sweet pea has hit our farm with a bang.. We have named her POSH as she just immediately decided she was the best around, and totally owns our farm! We retained her mom 3 years ago as one of the best females we ever produced.. Same year we retained an incredible male named Voodoo Guru. We knew way back then that these 2 animals were a match made in alpaca heaven. After a LONG wait (waiting for both mom and dad to mature), we were rewarded with this total beauty. VERY lightly expressed Appaloosa with faint spots of fawn, medium fawn and beige. Not as colorful as Posh's previous but some of the best knock out fleece ... WOW! We have been planning for a long time to add a light colored male with extraordinary fleece to the herd. We have found just the right guy! By all breeding purposes he should have been a harlequin grey (as mom has had 2 and dad is one) Pleasantly surprised as he seems to be carrying all of the fleece of our best light colored animals with faint spots in the background. I believe he is just a subtlety expressed harlequin and will prove most useful with our darker harlequin girls!!
