SOLD - Congratulations to Kim Kline of Havenfield Farm in Birdsboro, PA. Words fail to describe the many attributes of this male, and we're thrilled that he has a chance to work on the East Coast. The judges agree with our assessment of his potential with 3 times 1st Place and Reserve Champion, 1st Place at 2005 GWAS, 2nd Place at AAA Futurity, and 2nd Place at 2005 AOBA Nationals. He is a stunning boy with an amazing temperament. Now with over 35 cria on the ground it is clear that After Hours is delivering in the breeding barn. We can safely say (as safe as genetic predictions can be) that After Hours is consistently producing cookie cutter replica's of himself. From deep black & grey color pedigrees he has produced black or grey in 11 of the 12 black & grey dams bred to him. Females that bring other colors both in phenotype & genotype he tends to let the dam's color come through. He has produced gorgeous maroons & fawns with excellent fleece character and high frequency crimp. One thing for sure. His kids have his boxy true-to-type huacaya frame, substantial bone & stunning head all covered in crimpy, dense, bundled fleece. His offspring that have been shown have represented their owners well. The latest is our own Bellatrix taking 1st in both conformation and fleece at the 2009 AROW Composite show & snagging the Color Championship in a combined class of Blacks & Browns and Reserve Championship at 2010 PNAA out of 25 blacks. CHECK OUT THIS MACHO MAN! Top 1% EPDs A skin biopsy done by Norm Evans on May 14, 2015, reads: "NPA Peruvian Micro" grades a true density of 95.26 follicles SQ MM of skin based on the average of 2 squares. All squares could not be utilized as the punch went thru the skin at an angle or the animal jumped causing a skewed view. Observe the 12 fiber clusters in the S/P view that show an S/P of 13.0 to 1. Twenty five clusters show an average S/P of 13.4 to 1. Notice on the S/P view that the fibers show uniform placement within the connective tissue which is a trait likely passed from his dam. His 400X scan show level 3 of 4 glands and less than 3% of his secondary fibers show medullation as determined by the red spot in the center of the fibers. 100 secondary fibers averaged 12.4 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 19.1 microns for a variation of only 6.7 microns. This male show very strong fiber stats. All 3 are dense with the same head and body style. They are so bright they glow in the sun. We can't wait to see how they grow out.
