SuriHerdsire (Male)White
AOA# 32632934DOB: 7/19/201212 yrs
Big Timber is honored to co-own HFS Jeremiah with Tim and Beth Sheets of Heritage Farm Suri Alpacas. Our first five offspring from Jeremiah were born in August 2018: three gorgeous males and two stunning females out of our stud females, Malika,Tahiti White Pearl, Kerolyn, Sweet 16 and Aphrodite. His 2018 offspring won Jeremiah his first Get of Sire awards in major competitions. Jeremiah is a 7X Champion and a 2X Judges Choice winner. Although his conformation is perfect, Jeremiah's fiber is his greatest asset. His highly aligned and organized wave and twist locks equate to density, fineness and luster. His follicles are tightly packed clusters that "shingle" over each other. Jeremiah has top suri male genetics including Rockstar, Torbio, Baron Lafite and Ramilo. His maternal genetics are just as awesome with Accoyo Lafite's Mucha Bella as his dam, an award winning, top ranked EPD female that has produced champion offspring, along with Accoyo Luna, who produced multiple champion offspring. Jeremiah ranked in the top of the 2023 EPDS: AFD: top 5% SF: top 5% His 2014 skin biopsy showed a density of 52.25 and a secondary to primary ratio of 8:1. His primary to secondary spread was 7 with a secondary micron of 15.9 and a primary micron of 22.9. He has 3 out of 4 gland presence and his secondary medullation was under 30%. Dr. Norm Evans commented: "The variation in fiber diameter of primary to secondary fibers is only 7 microns which is exceptional. This male should exhibit superior handle since he is not only very fine but unique in that <30% of his secondary fibers show medullation. He certainly exhibits exceptional fleece traits that should be passed on to his offspring." In the SHIPS classification, Jeremiah scored perfect 5's for all the conformation categories. In fleece characteristics, he scored a perfect 5 for uniformity of color and fleece phenotype. He scored 4.5s for luster and uniform lock and 4's for fineness and handle. He also scored 3s for uniformity of micron and density. Jeremiah won the Futurity 2024 Herdsire of the Year Award for the Small Farm Division. An honor well deserved based on his mutliple champion offspring! Overall, Jeremiah's quantitative data supports his superior suri genetics and prepotence. His multiple champion offspring prove his worth.

Dam: Spectacular's Stella

Electrofyre Female Cria born 8-2018

Spectacular's Stella

SuriOpen (Female)Dark Fawn
AOA# 35048800DOB: 11/29/201311 yrs
Rocky start for Stella. Born Black Friday morning and the temperature was in the teens, mom gave her one sniff and walked away. Mom warmed up to her cria and her milk dropped a few days later. We all survived! Stella has her mom's silky, dense fleece and her sire's fiber coverage (down to the toes) and his true suri phenotype head. She is the complete package. We look forward to showing her in the fall of 2014. Stella is visiting Beth and Tim Sheets' farm in Indiana and is being courted by Jeremiah in hopes of a Spring 2017 cria. It is official, Stella is confirmed pregnant to HSF Jeremiah and will deliver Spring/Summer 2017!! Stella delivered a beautiful white female cria on July 8th. We have named her Ellamiah. Did you see her histogram history? We are all looking for those girls that are maintaining their fineness with age, look no further here she is!! Don't miss out, crossing her Goldstar, Double Dutch genetics with Electrofyre is a sure winner, cria will be stunning. 2017 EPD results are in....Stella is in the top 10% in 2 categories and top 15% in 4!! Dr Norm Evans: "Her 15x scan shows fiber clusters very uniform in placement within her connective tissue but not as uniform in size and shape in her clusters. Her density is 55 follicles in SQ MM of skin and 25 typical fiber clusters show an average S/P of 9.7 to 1. She shows level 2 or 4 gland presence and only 30% of her secondary fibers show a level of medullation. 100% secondary fibers averaged 19.1 while 50 primary fibers averaged 35.5 microns for a spread of 16.4 microns. Stella's AFD on July 17, 2017 figures 20.78 microns. Her strong points are her above average density, good S/P ratio, unique percentage of 2ndary medullated fibers, fineness of 2ndary fibers and low AFD."

Service Sire: Pucara PureSuri Madiba

National Champion

Pucara PureSuri Madiba

SuriHerdsire (Male)Beige
AOA# 31742726DOB: 9/9/200915 yrs
CO-OWNED WITH JACK AND KELLY ARMSTRONG OF PURESURI BREEDING COMPANY 2017 Light Futurity Reserve Herdsire of the Year. Madiba represents to us the culmination of years bringing our suri breeding program together with the famous Latah Creek program from Jack and Kelly Armstrong. Madiba (Nelson Mandela's tribal name) is a son of LCA Viho and the famous Silkworm a DDF Gracie by Bruxo girl. She is the famous Gracie, a daughter of Augustina, the dam of Macgyver. Half sister to MacGyver. Now the sire of Madiba is the famous Inca. Can you see a pattern here? Madiba has incredible, beyond incredible parentage. The very best! And now we are breeding him to our best, especially the Kahuna and Chakotah daughters. The best meet the best!!!!! Suri breeders are seeing the breeding integrity of this match up. Year upon year Kahuna and Chakotah have produced the best whites and amongst the best coloreds in the US (both stud males repeat Herdsire of the Year)...proven time and again in the major show rings like the Futurity, Nationals, GWAS and CABA. Now that is being joined with two of the greatest white herdsires EVER before Kahuna came into the mix...Pperuvian Inca and Peruvian Bruxo. Similar breeding like that has produced Pucara PureSuri Tikanui a multiple times champion and Pucara PureSuri Royal Silk the 2013 Suri Network Fleece Show Judges Choice. Madiba had an outstanding show career mostly showing in beige or light and always winning. In 2012 we bred him to some quality females and the cria in 2013 were outstanding. So we bred him to several of our stud females for 2014 delivery...the cria are killer GOOD and of all our stud males his cria had the highest percentage reaching show quality!!!!! His cria are winning Championships such as Madiba's WCF Katie, light female Champion at the Futurity. And, he also is throwing a lot of fawn from white! This stud male is a chance to breed to the most potent genetic line in the US.

Description

Ellamiah is a stunning female out of Futurity and National Judges Choice male HFS Jerimiah! I watched Jerimiah during his show career and when I saw Ellamiah I was amazed at her fleece. It made me want a breeding to her sire. Ellamiah has the wave and twist lock style like her sire and carries many of his positive fleece traits. This is not surprising knowing she has Goldstar, Rockstar, Baron Lafite, Jackpot and Double Dutch in her star studded pedigree. Her granddam, WLK Spectacular, is also a National Judges choice. She has fleece cchampions throughout her pedigree as well! She is in the top 5% in three EPD categories (AFD, SF, and MSL,), she is in the top 10% for five( also %F>30 and FW,) and in the 25% for six traits. It will be exciting to decide how to breed her! Her regrowth is phenomenal. She will be showing in walking fleece in 2019 then be bred to Madiba when she is ready.
