She is utterly awesome, the most amazing gray. Her gray full sister was a Grand Champion, placing over ALL SURIS in her only exposure – yep, a gray fleece selected over all suris of any color - that’s pretty amazing. Lacey has everything her older sis has and more. She is exquisite – and both her dam and sire are ultra fine. Her dam SilverBelle - she was under 20 micron at age three! Her sire Zanzibar is likewise ultra fine - he was 18 micron at third shearing. (Zan has placed 1st, 2nd, or 3rd under SIX DIFFERENT JUDGES at several level 4 and level 5 shows!) So Lacey will be fine and likely stay fine. She’s also very tightly locked with the twisted lock style the judges like. She has a nice head profile and classic suri beard and is well-balanced. Her bite is perfect. She is a full fourth-generation suri, likely to breed true. This is important because if a breeder is doing their job, each new generation is an improvement on the previous one. Her sire's side brings in genetics from Bruxo and Macgyver. Her dam's side stems from Alpaca's of America's famous early stud Black Debut and her material grandsire, the gray suri stud Virgo, was an auction high seller. The genetics are superior and deep.
