2010 Colored Reserve Herdsire of the Year! 2011 Futurity Update: Saber's two black offspring representing him at Futurity have taken First Place! Liberator also went on to become the Black Male Reserve Color Champion. Revolution took First Place in her Juvie Class. Way to go, Saber! Saber is a strikingly handsome Full Peruvian male with outstanding definition of locks all the way to the skin. His luster is unbelievable! He is everything you would come to expect from an Accoyo Baron grandson and a Sergeant Major Jax son. He has amazing density and the highly desired slick, cool feel to his fiber. His head is superb, he has great bone as well as leg coverage. This male is a great package of quality, color and pedigree. Take a look at his Certificate! Saber crias are taking the show circuit by storm. His offspring are making their mark in the shows, but also gaining the attention of breeders across the country since they are unrelated to the Bruxo/MacGyver line. This fact allows them great breeding opportunities in the future since their are so many fantastic breeding choices. At Stone Brook Farms we have bred a brown MacGyver daughter to Saber and they have given us a true black with dripping luster, density and coverage - perfect! If you are looking for a Herd Sire that you can cross with your female MacGyver offspring - Saber is both ready and highly capable.

Oct 2011 update: Welcome home Liberty...This was one of Mystic springs best females we produced and we are very exctied to have her back home in Wisconsin. Liberty's is a 1/2 sister to Torbio's Swiss Miss that sold at the 2004 Furturity for $53,000. We hoped that Liberty will follow in her sister's amazing show record. With bloodlines like Accoyo Torbio, Accoyo Belmonte, and Accoyo Jackpot in her background, we felt we couldn't go wrong with her. We were right! Liberty won her class in her very first show as a juvenile and then proceeded to win the color Championship at just 8 months old! Liberty has placed at every show she has been to including national competition like AOBA and the Futurity! She has great luster, very uniform tight lock structure with great coverage. Her neck fiber is just amazing with tons of ringlets and very dense fleece. With a sire like Accoyo Belmonte, this 1/2 Accoyo girl has all the right genes. Liberty delivered a very nice medium fawn female in 2008, sired by MacGyver's Armed & Dangerous. "Freedom Fighter" has great locks to the skin. Freedom Fighter took 1st Place and Re. Color Champion at the Best of the Midwest show! Liberty Belle bred to our medium brown, Full Peruvian, Champion producing herdsire: Peruvian Saber. They have produced the blackest black we have seen! This guy was 24 1/2 pounds at birth and ready to take on the world! He is dense, and greasy - think black oil... He is 3/8 Accoyo and is a Color Champion and will be available to breed to in 2011. 2010 - Liberty Belle has done it again, a bay black Daughter! At her first show in February 2011 she won her juvenile class and went on to win Reserve Color Champion. Liberty first three crias have been champions! She has delivered her 4th cria, another Black Saber son, we have named "Blackstone". Yea, we are excited! Oct 24 2011- Liberty has been reconfirmed pregnant and bred back to 2010 Reserve Dark Herdsire of the year again..for hopefully another gorgeous black!

Description

I was excited about Revolution as a cria but was unable to purchase her at the time. She was originally on her way to Austrailia. Her previous owners are retiring from alpacas and I was fortunate to find her again. Even though we are focusing on lights and whites, I couldn't pass her up. She still looks stunning out in the pasture. Revolution is a full sister to another black champion Stone Brook's Liberator by Saber. She is sired by Saber, the 2010 Dark Suri Reserve Herdsire of the Year and Liberty Bell, a champion winning fawn. In the show ring Liberator and Revolution had impressive fleeces worthy of their ribbons. As a black female I am excited about Revolution's Accoyo lineage of Baron, Juan, and Belmonte (Jackpot and Torbio). She was 8 1/2 years old the first time she was bred. It only took once and she is due with an Alaskan Gold cria late September 2019.
