FULL INTEREST IN BOJACK IS NOW AVAILABLE! Anderson Acres Alpacas owns 50% interest in MMALP Goldstar's Bojack and Joe Miller's Nebraska Alpaca Company owns another 25% share. The other 25% is owned jointly by Grandview Suri Alpacas and Pines Edge Suris. All 4 parties that own interest in Bojack have agreed to sell their interest in him and feel it’s time for another farm to use his prepotent genetics. Bojack was a 13 time banner winner including twice at The Futurity, once at AOA Nationals, and once at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. If you look at Bojack's pedigree, you will see outstanding genetics. This starts with his sire Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar, the winner of 20 Get of Sires. Goldstar has sired many, many champions. Now Bojack is the one making his mark siring champions. The crias sired by Bojack from 2015-2017 have included 10 banner winners. Four of those banner winners had championship wins at the AOA Nationals Halter Show including the 2017 Nationals Black Color Champion, MMALP Bojack's Black Midnight. Black Midnight won that championship when there were 25 black Suri males registered for the show. Bojack has also sired an AOA Nationals Fleece color champion and this same animal was the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show color champion. It is no wonder that Norm Evans ended his skin biopsy report with these words, "This young male can improve many Suri herds." The entire report was as follows: “Goldstar’s Bojack was biopsied as a 24 month old true black Suri male with ARI# 32403510. His 15x scan shows small tight fiber clusters uniformly placed in his connective tissue. His density is 59.25 follicles SQ MM of skin and his S/P ratio is 7.8 to 1. He shows level 2 of 4 gland presence and 100% of his secondary fibers show medullation. One hundred secondary fibers average 24.3 microns while 50 primary fibers average 36.5 microns for a spread of 12.2 microns. This young male can improve many suri herds." Bojack puts these attributes onto his offspring. He sires crias that have outstanding lock structure. He sires crias that exceptional luster. He sires crias that have outstanding fleece coverage and he stamps a beautiful Suri head style on his offspring like a cookie cutter. His crias have a beautiful Suri phenotype. Just look at the pictures of his offspring and the picture of the locks and luster found in his crias. One can see the phenotype, the locks, and the luster are all 3 excellent. He has sired all colors from white to black including greys that are both classic and harlequin. Yes, grey! Bojack has grey in his pedigree. We feel the price is a steal. He's siring champions and he's just turning 7. He will be able to sire champions for a good number of years to come. Dam: MAX'S MISS ME

OUTSTANDING GENETICS! TOP 2% MSL & FW!

MAX'S MISS ME

SuriOpen (Female)Dark Brown
AOA# 35274162DOB: 8/28/20159 yrs
Miss Me's sire is BRKRD Maxamus, two time CC at The Futurity. At Nationals Maxamus earned a 1st 1 year and was RC the other. Maxamus at 20 months had an 18.2 AFD, 4.1 SD, and 1.5% > 30. Maxamus' skin biopsy by Norm Evans yielded a then record 84.29 density. Maxamus is the son of the prepotent Double Dutch's American Spirit making Maxamus' grandsire the great Crown Royale. Her dam is Night Skye, daughter of the great black herdsire Coal Man. Night Skye has a strong background for black and that gives Miss Me one, too. Miss Me's dam and her dam's dam, medium brown Willow Mist, have had 3 black crias out of five. The three black crias were all when bred to black. Miss Me has a dense, lustrous fleece that has a great drape to it. Miss Me's drape has wonderful ropy locks that exhibit a consistant structure throughout her fleece. At age 21 months Miss Me was shorn for the first time and she produced 9.1 lbs of fleece with an amazing average staple length of 12.5 inches at age 20.5 months. That equates to 0.6" of average staple length growth per month! Those results lead to some great EPD rankings for staple length and fleece weight. A person can check out the EPDs by clicking on the link. Miss Me had a 16.4 lb. dark brown male cria sired by Bojack on 6/3/2018. He has a nicely locked and dense fleece. He also has a beautiful wedge shaped head with great coverage just like daddy! Miss Me had an 18.8 lb. multi-colored male cria sired by Golden Legacy on 6/14/19. He exhibits an outstanding Suri phenotype and a beautiful, dense, lustrous, and fine fleece. We have now discovered that Miss Me must have the white spot gene because her breeding to Abe resulted in a blue eyed white male. He weighed 19.6 lbs. at his birth on 6/21/2021 and he has a beautiful fleece. Miss Me is a great mom with lots of milk and her crias have all had great growth rates.

Description

Spot has a loaded pedigree on both the top and the bottom of his ARI certificate. Let's start with the top of his pedigree as his sire is MMALP Goldstar's Bojack. Bojack was a 13 time banner winner including twice at The Futurity and once at Nationals. That makes Spot the grandson of Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar. Goldstar isn't known as much for the banners he won as he is for all the banners his offspring have won. Goldstar is a 19 time Get Of Sire winner including 3 times at Nationals, twice at The Futurity, and once at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. Goldstar has done a great job of passing on great attributes found in his full Accoyo genetics. There are great females found in the top of Spot's pedigree, but just listing the all the great herdsires found in it leaves a person astounded. They are Torbio, Rockstar, Goldstar, Bojack, Ramilo, Jackpot, Pilgrim, and Silver Heat. Spot's dam's genetics don't come from any slouches either as they are champion genetics. Her name is Max's Miss Me and she is the daughter of BRKRD Maxamus. Maxamus didn't win quite as many banners as Bojack (no just a paltry 7!), but he is a two time banner winner at The Futurity and once at Nationals like Bojack. The most astounding thing about Maxamus is that his skin biopsy showed he has a density of 84 follicles/sq mm! It is no surprise then that Spot's dam, Miss Me, has a top 1% EPD for fleece weight. Maxamus is the son of DDF Double Dutch's American Spirit and Dutch is Crown Royale son and is a 10 time Get Of Sire winner that was once sold for $175,000. Again, there are excellent females found in the bottom of Spot's pedigree. The list of great herdsires is long and include Crown Royale, Double Dutch, Maxamus, Uribe, Viceroy, Apache, MacGyver, Great Balls of Fire, Coal Man, and Golden Beau. Spot has a unique look with the white on his face that gives him his name. His fleece is dark brown and has a very nice, consistent lock structure across the body. He is also showing a great staple length to that fleece and very good density. Click on the link to see his estimated EPDs. He is average in size and has great conformation. That conformation includes that great Suri head style that his sire Bojack is stamping on all of his crias. He'd make a great addition to your show string and then to your list of herdsires when he is done with being shown. Contact us if you're interested.
