[Pending Sale] AutumnSun's Supermassive

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 32596106DOB: 7/5/201212 yrs
This male is rooted to the ground. In his maturity, you cannot see his toes in his tree trunk legs with massive coverage on heavy bones. This frame is extremely solid, well conformed, and easy moving. His crimp is still popping and consistent across his blanket. His micron is moving out as he works in our breeding program but his handle and staple are still great! All this fleece and body 'goodness' is topped with a sweet, calm, just-the-facts-m'am personality that makes him an awesome herdsire.... And, then take a look at the fiber of his offspring! This poor boy didn't get enough love, figuratively and literally, on our farm. Though very nice, we always have so many good males that we keep on our relatively small farm and with our lean towards dark coloration, he often was left off the dance cards of the ladies. We LOVED his boy Superluminal, so we repeated this breeding for another beige-white offspring but this time a GIRL!!! Imagine my excitement. Her name is Vanora and YES I am planning on breeding her to our BLACK herdsires once I get our genotype results to pick the best one. And, then, we can breed her to one of our brown, roan or fawn herdsires. The sky's the limit when you have nice white fiber and will accept any color offspring! We also have him bred to our champion Provenance, who has produced beautifully fine, richly golden fawn offspring albeit males (boo). When they were weanlings, I KNEW they would pair nicely together and desperately wanted to complete that breeding. Now that I have, we have Supermassive available for sale simply because we are moving to all dark and closed farm so he would continue to not have enough work. So, we hope you will consider what he can do for you when paired right, because at this price he is a steal of a deal!

Goldie is a special girl. This sweet girl has fiber that you love to touch, so soft and silky. With her staple length and bright shine, this fiber is a joy for spinners and knitters alike. This is not surprising given her heritage. Her dam Vanilla Breezes and grand dam CeeJae both still produce fiber that is harvested for next-to-skin fiber production. With this understanding of their fiber qualities from her maternal line, we know that Goldie will continue to stay soft and shiny for a delightful yarn year after year. With her sire being the notable Sunny Mesa's Tuscan Gold, renowned for his own silky soft fleece that has garnered him multiple champion and specialty ribbons, Goldie clearly has the lineage for lasting fiber quality. Coupled with her spot on confirmation, gentle personality, and overall stylish looks and calm presence -- well, you have the solid foundation dam that you are looking for in any quality breeding program. Bella Vita Ranch comments about Tuscan Gold: "He stamps his babies with remarkable consistency for fine, well organized and crimpy fleece with his signature brightness on a beautifully balanced frame with good bone, extremely typey heads, complete leg coverage and his unmistakable presence....Tuscan is full Peruvian and 3/4 Accoyo. He is an Augusto grandson and Leon great grandson through his sire and a Starr Khan grandson and Hemingway great grandson through his dam. With these great names in his pedigree, it is easy to see why he gathered multiple color championships. Tuscan descends from the award winning MFI Brock line which has produced multiple champion Tuscan siblings. It is prepotent in the genetics." Goldie had a beautiful LF boy sired by Destinati, which fit the bill of our 'order' exactly (except that we ordered a girl :) )! Then she had a beautiful LF male by our Supermassive that shined like the imploding sun he was named after. He was sold as a juvenile.
