Suri Sisters Butch Cassidy

Butch Cassidy is a well balanced, typey Suri with correct conformation. Butch carries outstanding genetics and color possibilities! His dam won Color Champion at AOBA Nationals in 2007. His sire carries outstanding color genetics from the famed Sweet Briar Suri Farm. Butch has luxurious pencil locks in a beautiful medium brown. His silky locks are consistent from head to tail with excellent regrowth. The judges all described him as having the qualities desired in an excellent future herd sire. Butch displays a friendly personality and is easy to handle, gets along well with other males in the herd. He carries many desirable traits for producing quality cria, proven by the female crias born on our farm in 2014. In 2013 Butch easily settled two of our best suri females, Tealwater Amber Lynn and WWR Cinco De Mayo - each gave birth to a beautiful female cria in July/August 2014. These half-sisters are perfectly balanced, vigorous, with silky pencil locks at just a few months old - both 2015 show ring prospects. Butch Cassidy is offered for stud service to deliver the traits most prized in Suris - luster and fine, silky locks.

Multi Blue Ribbon Winner

Tealwater Amber Lynn

SuriOpen (Female)Light Fawn
AOA# 31309325DOB: 10/25/200717 yrs
Amber Lynn is a beautiful, graceful confident girl that inherited her dam's beautiful head. The luster in her fleece shines even in the darkness of the barn, and she has great lock structure regrowth after being shorn. She carries dark genetics evident in a few dark brown spots (not in her blanket.) Her sire is true black Chip's Peruvian Black Mail, and her dam's sire was a rich maroon color, Cantano of Peru, the 2003 World Record High Selling Alpaca sold at auction for $265,000. Amber earned her first Blue Ribbon from the shorn class. The judge commented that "her conformation is flawless, and her head has the classic suri look and although in a shorn class, the judge also noted the luster and character of her locks. Amber was bred to our herdsire, Suri Sister's Butch Cassidy. In July 2014 she gave birth unassisted to a striking white female we named Paris Love. Paris is perfectly balanced, with fine, well defined thin pencil locks that cling like silk and shimmer when she walks. Amber comes with a breeding to any Suri sire whole-owned by Tealwater Ranch. For her next breeding we suggest looking at Clar's Indy, a truly typey true black and fine, consistently locked multiple blue ribbon winning male. Or consider YPR Verragio, a rose gray Seattle Mist son - take a look at Tealwater's Jewelle Modern Rose Gray to see what Verragio can produce!
