Inspired by a certain T-Swift song... ‘Shake It’ is a well proportioned, strong boned female, with a square frame, correct bite, solid color throughout and excellent coverage. Shake It was bred as a maiden to HUMMINGHERD'S RUN A TAB. 'Tab' has an amazing Follicle Density of 87.4 (!) and also ranks in the TOP 1% in both SDAFD & MC, TOP 2% AFD, SF and %medulation, TOP 4% %>30. This pairing was no shot in the dark, as they have complimentary traits and the resulting offspring ("Taboo') is one of the best of the 2017 cria crop with the most density and bundling. He is a beige/Light which is desirable for dyers as well. Shake It delivered without assistance as a first time mom and went on to nurse and mother her first cria superbly. For her second cria, Shake It was bred to HUMMINGHERD'S QUECH 22 and this duo produced a wonderful pure white female cria born on 12/19/2019. We had a lot of fun coming up with a name for her which is a combination of both her parents names and the wonderful time of year known as Christmas. We proudly call her "Quech It Jingle Bell Rock" AKA Jingles She carries light color genes in that white genetic package so new owners can potentially get some variety in white to light fawns from her. She is an extremely no fuss-easy keeper, proven breeder and a great mom. Both of Shake It's offspring have her strong boned, square framed confirmation along with their sires looks and fleece qualities. Shake It is a great choice for a starting farm and for people that do not mind her grumpiness.
