Appy/Harlequin Producer!

Mr. Butterscotch

This is the male that we have been waiting for! Butterscotch has everything that we could have asked for in an appy/harlequin herdsire. His phenotype is perfect - a macho, square build with big bone and a beautiful head. Even at his age, he is covered in fiber from head to toe and still sports a nice, distinct crimp structure. In 2008, over 10 pounds of fiber was shorn off of him. He's a fleece machine! With his ideal conformation and his quality fleece that exemplifies bright luster, extreme density, and exceptional staple length, it is no surprise that he did so well in the show ring. He's a multi blue ribbon winner and achieved his first place recognition in some very competitive shows. The best part? He's passing on his best traits to his offspring! He has already proven his ability to push build, fiber, and SPOTS from both spotted and solid dams.

AOA# 30593619DOB: 10/31/200816 yrs
Rockette is a dark rose grey girl with extremely fine fiber. She has nice confirmation and has produced some beautiful offspring. She is a daughter of Aussie Rockford - a phenomenal grey male that has produced many award winning cria. He's out of the well known PPeruvian Felix and Hannaruh. Her dam's lineage includes PPPeruvian Cavalier and 4Peruvian Silver Bullet. Rockette has continued to impress us with the quality of crias that she has produced. Each of her offspring have been an improvement on both the dam and the sire. She has had two grey girls for us and one white male with a brown spot out of a harlequin appaloosa (this guy is ultra-dense and will definitely be part of our show string).

Description

From the moment Rockefeller was born, we knew that he was something special. This guy is DENSE, DENSE, DENSE! He is white with one brown spot on his front right leg. Though we were hoping for more spots, he has not disappointed us. He is boxy with big bone. His fleece is bright with a beautiful structure. Rockefeller is out of our harlequin appaloosa, Mr. Butterscotch, and our Aussie Rockford daughter, Rockette. He took the best qualities from both parents. The best part? He can potentially continue in his father's footsteps producing spotted offspring. Rockefeller will definitely be part of our show string if he isn't purchased by then. Who knows, he may even be a replacement for his dad if he does well enough!
