June 28, 2015. Captain receives Black Male Color Champion and Black Male Reserve Champion at the 2015 AOA Nationals Fleece Show (with over 540 fleece entries). Wow!!! This show stopper is just what we were looking for. Captain Midnight's black fleece exhibits extreme density, brightness and a zipper crimp usually seen in white fleeces. Oh, did I mention it's fine too? Captain's sire, Black Midnight, has a highly advanced black fleece with excellent density and outstanding fleece character. Although Black Midnight did not like the show ring, he managed to obtain Multi Championship status including the 2010 Futurity. Captain's grandsire is the well known, multi-champion MFI Peruvian Jericho. Captain's genetics read like the who's who in the alpaca world and he stands proudly among them.
