His 7 yr histogram was 23.4/ 4.1/ 17.2/ 4.8 with a spinning fineness of 17.2! Even now, he has kept his tighly bundled fleece with his zipper crimp! His fleece is still one of my favorites to work with and it is a unique shade of fawn, almost a taupe coloring. He made his splash in the show ring from 2000-2003 earning 5 Championships, 3 Reserve Championships, 13 Blues, Breeder's Choice, AFCNA Award, Brightest Fleece, Best Crimp, Judges Choice, and Best Fleece. His fleece continued to win Blue in 2004 and 2005, until we stopped showing his fleece. He has what it takes and he throws it! Over half of his progeny are high end ribbon winners with over 20 Champions and over 45 Blues (as of 2007). These ribbons go across his progeny and are not just powered by a few top crias who "over win" and stack the numbers. From his 105 crias, only 3 males are registered non-breeders! We are only offering him for sale because we have his bloodline in our foundation females and he is just too awesome to retire from breeding. Congratulations to Nitaoak Alpacas on their purchase of Fleecy Dale Michelle Noir! FLEECY DALE MICHELLE NOIR Her sire is Michelangelo, a True Black with strong black/grey genetics. Her dam, AMA Abigail, also a True Black, with entirely grey and True Black ancestors that include Peruvian Macusani and Silverado lines. Michelle is a very striking black female, with a typey head and very correct conformation. As a yearling, she took the Blue and Color Championship for Black Females at ABR's Level 111 Fall Festival. Accoyo Victor/Hemingway mix and produced a Blue Ribbon-winning FEMALE in 2006 in a Level V show. Michelle is currently bred to our Chief Grey Feather, known for his ideal fineness and royal lineage.
