2010 Colored Reserve Herdsire of the Year! 2015 UPDATE - SABER'S SON JUST WON 2015 AOA NATIONALS SABER CONTINUES TO PRODUCE CHAMPIONS!! 2011 Futurity Update: Saber's two black offspring representing him at Futurity have taken First Place! Liberator also went on to become the Black Male Reserve Color Champion. Revolution took First Place in her Juvie Class. Way to go, Saber! Saber is a strikingly handsome Full Peruvian male with outstanding definition of locks all the way to the skin. His luster is unbelievable! He is everything you would come to expect from an Accoyo Baron grandson and a Sergeant Major Jax son. He has amazing density and the highly desired slick, cool feel to his fiber. His head is superb, he has great bone as well as leg coverage. This male is a great package of quality, color and pedigree. Take a look at his Certificate! Saber crias are taking the show circuit by storm. His offspring are making their mark in the shows, but also gaining the attention of breeders across the country since they are unrelated to the Bruxo/MacGyver line. This fact allows them great breeding opportunities in the future since their are so many fantastic breeding choices. At Stone Brook Farms we have bred a brown MacGyver daughter to Saber and they have given us a true black with dripping luster, density and coverage - perfect! If you are looking for a Herd Sire that you can cross with your female MacGyver offspring - Saber is both ready and highly capable.

MonaLisa is a very upright and sound suri with great coverage and lock structure along with outstanding luster. She is a proven producer of Champion Offspring and MonaLisa's 2003 Gunsmoke cria, Monet, is a beautiful appy girl who did well in the show ring: Reserve Champion and 2nd Place, 2003 Breeder’s Choice Futurity 2nd Place, 2004 Western Ohio Triple Crown. Monet sold at The Private Collection Auction in November 2004. MonaLisa's June 2004 Gunsmoke cria is a beautiful light fawn female who we have as a foundation female in our breeding barn. Moon Struck placed first at the 2004 Futurity! MonaLisa delivered her 3rd Gunsmoke cria - another beautiful female that is a brilliant white 17 pounder with light fawn ears. "Whitesmoke" is a stunning white Champion female. In 2005 MonaLisa bred to Condor's Warrior for a June 2006 cria. She delivered a white and medium brown male with beautiful fleece. His luster is amazing! In 2006 we bred MonaLisa to our Accoyo Camion son, USA Semejanzo. The two produced a gorgeous fawn and white male, Semejanzo's Leonardo. Leonardo is a 1/2 brother to Semejanzo's Affinity of SBFS that had an amazing show career and was Reserve Color Champ at the 2007 Futurity and 1st at Nationals! Leonardo is very similar to Affinity. Mona & Seme's 2008 daughter "Semejanzo's Trilliam" is a stunning light girl with luster and locks to spare. Wow is she nice! Mona and Peruvian Saber hooked up for an outstanding patterned male in 2009 named "Saber's Campion of SBFS". We have nicknamed him "Champ" and he is spectacular - Winning his class at the 2010 Futurity! In 2010 Mona delivered yet another girl, Stone Brook Pucara Artiste. Artiste took 2nd place at her first show in a class of 7 on March 27, 2011. Congratulations to Bruce, Myndee & Artiste!

Description

Campion is the son of Saber ~ the 2010 Reserve Herdsire of the Year -- formerly of Stone Brook Suri Farm (retired), now at Red Gate Alpaca Farm. Saber is the sire of many ribbon winners, including a 2015 AOA Nationals champion, and his appy dam was a solid producer for Stone Brook. Campion is a well grown male, with a solid and balanced frame. He moves out smoothly and has a very proud, alert stance. With his good coverage, markings, and excellent regrowth, Campion is strikingly handsome male. He has beautiful luster, consistent relocking across from shoulder to rump. His regrown staple is pleasing in length and locked from his skin outward. Campion was not bred much before he came to Tejas. One of his two registered cria is a beautiful multi male that looks just like him. And, this boy has not just fine, well defined locks consistently across his blanket, but solid bones and well-balanced frame. Campion's boy catches the eye, and not just for his coloration. Campion was bred to Silken Twirl, a vicuna fawn, and I can't wait to see the results. Confirmed pregnant and due in April. Unfortunately, I lost Campion in March, so this will be his only cria here. I will miss his saucy attitude, though not the spit-fests.
