WOW oh WOW...Derwydd is stunned and proud to announce that Chaska is the SIRE of IAO Supreme Male Suri 2012. And if that were not enough.. also sire of IAO Spinners Dream Suri (Cottage Best in Show) 2012. AND the following IAO Champions: IAO Bright White Color Champion Male Commercial; IAO Light Color Champion Female - Cottage; IAO Medium Color Champion Male Cottage; IAO Suri Processing Length Champion Male; IAO Fawn Color Champion - Commercial Fleece. IAO 2011 - Sire of the Supreme Champion Fleece Suri! IAO 2010 - WINNER of the Supreme Champion Fleece Suri!! He killed em at IAO! FULL ACCOYO! FAWN!! 7 TIME Champion/Reserve 19 1st Place Awards! We are absolutely certain that Chaska will become one of California’s famous Accoyo Macho’s - producing fine fibered, locked to the skin & VERY lustrous, solid boned crias. Overall this male is excellent! He is a strong male with excellent substance of bone. Perfect Bite. Luster to burn. Locked to the skin in his first fleece AND his second fleece(he won 2 of his 7 championship in his SECOND fleece AND SUPREME FLEECE IAO in his THIRD fleece) He is true to type thru his head and overall proportions, exhibiting fineness, LUSTER, uniformity of character throughout the blanket and excellent density for fineness (see his 08 skin biopsy below!) We expect his progeny to exhibit the same excellent characteristics. Chaska’s dam, Accoyo Suri Princess has produced champion cria after champion cria (5). His sire Bruxo has had the same impact on the American Suri Herd that Caligula has had on the American Huacaya herd – one only has to observe their sons. He has a PROVEN pedigree. True Herdsire prospect! 2008 Skin Biopsy (Watt) at 33 months: Follicle Density 50.2 - Secondary to Primary Ratio 11.9:1 Herdsire Fiber Data (DOB 2006) 2007: AFD = 17.3 S.D = 3.6 CV = 20.9 %>30 = 0.0 SL = 150mm Growth = 410 days Total Shear Weight not measured 2008: AFD = 23.9 S.D = 4.8 CV = 22.0 %>30 = 2.9 SL = 170mm Growth = 407 days Total Shear Weight 10.4 lbs annualized 2010:P AFD = 26.9 S.D = 6.0 CV = 26.5 %>30 = 17.1 SL = 136.8mm Growth = 307 days Total Shear Weight 14.8 lbs annualized!!!

Champion Producer!!

GVA Cala Lily

SuriOpen (Female)White
AOA# 32040487DOB: 6/12/201014 yrs
Cala is 3/4 Accoyo with incredible dense fiber that is super fine with soft handle. AND NO surprise there, check out her SD numbers! afd 19.5 sd 3.0 cv 15.5 - WOW that is FANTASTIC for a suri!!! With a sweet temperament to boot! 3/4 Accoyo!! Full Peruvian!! Stunning Phenotype!! Accoyo Baron, Accoyo Ramilo, Accoyo Uribe, Accoyo Baron Lafite and Accoyo Viceroy in the pedigree - dang near a whose who of the top sires in the North American Suri Herd!!! Cala Lily, is a female with a rock solid pedigree. Her 1/2 Accoyo dam Easter Lily out of Accoyo Viceroy has produced LOTS of COLOR, Fawn Twice and BLACK!! Cala Lily is her first white cria, but no surprise there considering her sire! Her sire Carmelo is Full Accoyo, His fleece is incredible and has all the qualities that you search for in a suri with incredible luster, wonderful ropey locks and super density. Accoyo Carmelo has made his mark, many of his offspring walking away with Color Championships. Cala Lily is built on a solid frame with excellent bone, body capacity, perfect Suri phenotype right up to her head which sports a dripping beard! Her fleece exhibits luster, consistency AND solidity of lock, density, lock definition to the skin, and it carries the same style from front to back and down to her toes. Pictured at right is her 2011 yearling fleece. Look at the luster you can see in the cut side of the fleece in the photo it just glows at you - and the locks displayed - very nice structure! And look at the fleece score card from GCG 2011, NICE points on consistency of micron AND that fineness-handle score... WOW - Can't wait to see how she grows back, I predict more density. We decided to breed Cala to the sire of the 2012 IAO Supreme Male - Accoyo Chaska! We STILL think this will be a stunning combination of consistency and density AND LUSTER - Yup and likely color too - Chaska has thrown as dark as black and Cala's dam has also! hmmmm a COLORED 7/8's accoyo cria... think of the possibilities! Cala has given us 2 multi Champ sons out of Chaska! We are holding her open until spring when we plan to breed her to Judges Choice winner Sir Oliver Twist!!! With 2 champion cria out of this foundation dam, we expect to get ANOTHER!!

Description

Killowatt is finally here! What a gentle sweet boy. We are really excited to have him be a part of our breeding program Killowat is a KNOCKOUT! 3x making taking the banner including Reserve at CABA 2015 just behind a stunning male from BuzzHumm YEAH KILOWATT.. but it takes more than banners to be a herdsire.. it takes: Pedigree: On the top side of Kilowatt's pedigree is Accoyo Chaska, Accoyo Bruxo and Accoyo Uribe - Bruxo and Uribe are foundation males of the North American Accoyo Suri herd. On the bottom thru his dam Cala Lily is Young Accoyo Carmello out of Senior Judge Amanda VandenBosch's program - up from Carmello is Accoyo Baron Lafite, Accoyo Barn, Accoyo Ramilo! WOW more foundation males of the North American Accoyo Suri herd.. this is a PACKED pedigree. Guaranteed to add to any potential crias pedigree. Ancestral performance His sire Accoyo Chaska is a 9 time champion with his progeny collecting over 30 banners in their own right. He has sired IAO Supreme Champions in both Halter AND Fleece and won the coveted IAO Supreme Fleece Champion himself with his 3rd fleece. His dam Cala Lily has a lovely VERY consistent fleece with her SD still under 5 at 5 years of age, which for suris is REALLY GOOD. And she is throwing that in her offspring, so we expect that to be a dominate trait for Kilowatt. His full brother Powerline had the rolling skin as a cria all the way into his belly, we expect wonderful density from him. Kilowatt had the same rolling skin as a cria also. What the judges said: Sharon Loner at the AFW AND California Classic show this year raved on the consistency of his fleece and how clear it was that it was in natural pasture condition, but still opened to the skin with dense lustrous locks. She awarded him the Championship both times. Wade Gease at CABA this year was very admiring of his consistency and awarded him the Reserve Champion banner against some stuff competition. 2015 Histogram uploaded. Scorecard from 2016 Fall Gold Country Fleece show - C FLEECE!! Wini Lebrecqu judging Total Score 71.5 - LUSTER was 18(20)!! Absence of Guard Hair 4(5)!! Wini's comments: "High degree of luster in a nice fine fleece" At 3.5 he is ready to breed!
