Dauntless has all you could ask for in a herdsire; excellent conformation, substance of bone, fine bright white fleece with 5" staple length with beautiful crimp all the way to the tip with consistency throughout his blanket. We've been remiss in showing him but plan to change that this fall. Dauntless has thrown nothing but beautiful female cria's for us in 2017, all with his amazing fleece characteristics and conformation. What more could a breeder ask for!

Papillon has grown into a gorgeous dam with her sire's solid bone and conformation. Her fleece is just scrumptious!! Her first histogram revealed an AFD of 19.3, SD 3.9 (very uniform!!), CV 20.1%, comfort factor 98.9%, and curve 49.5. We are very excited to have such a high quality female in our herd. Papillon’s sire is Snowmaster’s Royal Extreme, 4X color champ handpicked from the Snowmass herd by Judge Wade Gease to cover his herd at LondonDairy. Royal Extreme’s follicle density test performed by Norm Evans put him in the top 5% of all males tested at an S:P ratio at 15:1 and a density of 61.5 follicles/SQmm! Papillon’s dam, Lady Catherine was added to our herd and chosen for her spectacular fleece. Catherine’s pedigree includes Peruvian Dakotia, Bueno and multiple-ribbon-winning Lancaster’s Peruvian Don Perfecto who died at an early age having only produced a few offspring making his genetics somewhat rare. Papillon provided us with a stunning male cria in 2016, P-38 Lightning, out of Snowmass Royal Destiny XX, a Matrix son from Snowmass Alpacas' coveted finest fleeced ROYAL line! P-38 has exceeded all of our expectations. His bright white cria fleece weighed in at 4.5 pounds and had a staple length of over 5”. In April of 2017 Papillon gave us a beautiful light fawn female out of Three Points Dauntless. Papillon is currently bred to Three Points Corsair which should result in an exceptional cria due the spring of 2018.
