ALEUTIAN EAGLE'S LA PRESTIGE
La Prestige is a beautiful female cria out of Inspiration, a top-quality grey female. Her sire is Patagonia's Neruda, who sold for over $200,000 at the 2007 Futurity Auction.
La Prestige's fleece is very fine and crimpy and is true black in color. She has a gorgeous head and excellent conformation. La Prestige has a micron count of 17.8. Judge Amy Bliss, Alpacapalooza 2008: "Beautiful and substantial young alpaca with fleece that is dense, fine, and soft. She has a boxey conformation that exhibits the 1/3 proportions we're looking for. Good bite." Judge Sara Jane MacLennan, AWE 2008: "This black juvenile female is the complete package with neck, body, and legs in correct proportion. Her legs are compact, and she moves freely around the ring. And I appreciate the fineness and architecture of her fleece. Very nice."
Two Time Champion!
La Prestige won several ribbons and championship banners from the 2008-2009 shows. Judge Wade Gease awarded La Prestige the Reserve Championship banner (class of 34) and Blue Ribbon at the 2009 Alpacapalooza show. She allso brought home a Reserve Championship banner (class of 37) and Blue Ribbon from the 2008 Alpaca Western Extravaganza.
