In 2013 Theophilus won blue and the Reserve Color Championship at the AOBA National Show and at The Alpacapalooza, blue at the Futurity, MAPACA (lost to the same two alpacas in both shows), Royal Alpaca Challenge, VAOBA and the championship at GWAS. In his last halter show, the 2014 Southern Select Show, Theo earned another Blue Ribbon and at 43 months old, Reserve Color Champion. Theophilus, along with Jacoby and Aquinas was part of the threesome that earned four 2nd place and one 1st place Get of Sire awards for Adonnis. Along with being a real quality black male, according to Scott Miller, "he is also one of the most beautiful alpacas ever produced at Crescent Moon Ranch." CJ exhibits a very fine fleece with a very soft handle. Her genetic background is a who's who of black and grey. Sired by 17X Champion A.L. Paca's Revolution, her Dam a Rayo del Sol daughter. Maternal granddam was sired by Mr. Roosevelt and HER dam, Chilean import Silvercloud. She is bred to 8X Champion, LBA's Theophilus, a true black son of the late ATV Adonnis, a 14X grey champion, for her first cria Spring 2017. It's a girl! CJ delivered a stunning true black female on 4/10/17. Mama and cria and doing great! CJ is a very natural mother, possessing all the maternal instincts necessary. Delivered unassisted and was very attentive to her newborn. Had her nursing in less than an hour. CJ has been bred to Kanaka for her 2018 cria. She sells with this breeding and 2nd breeding of your choice, but not her current cria. update 6/18 - CJ delivered a large, handsome light rose grey male. He is very diluted and is likely destined to be a fiber male. He can be included with her at no additional charge. CJ will be rebred this Fall.
