Congratulations and thank you to Kat Bouzos, of Bouzos Farms, for her purchase of Patagonia's Padilla! PATAGONIA'S PADILLA Padilla is out of El Vasco, a True Black Champion male, known for his fineness and most dense according to follicle count testing. Her paternal grandsire is the famous, exotic modern grey Neruda. One of the industry's rare dark point grey's, Neruda sold for $205,000 making his genetics some of the most sought after in the country. Padilla's maternal grandsire is Patagonia's Vittorio; whose show record consists of 10x ribbons including a First Place at The Futurity and a First Place at Buckeye Alpaca Show. Vittorio's crias have been on our show string since in 2011. Paternal grandparents are black renowned herdsire Nishio and true black Patagonia's Querida, a 2x Color Champion with three Blue Ribbons. Nishio was the Black Color Champion at AOA, the 2004 All-American Herdsire of the Year and the 2007 Reserve All-American Herdsire of the Year, plus other recognition. along with receiving an amazing 8x Get of Sire awards. Offspring: On 11/22/18, Padilla gave us a lovely true black female sired by our outstanding 8X champion, Estates Satin Cloud.
