Without a doubt one of the most beautiful heads ever sponsored on an alpaca. Absolutely stunning! Gratefully, upon your inspection there is no let down when you move on from there. In his show career, so far, he has won 8 Championships and 12 Blue Ribbons. He is a son of ATV Adonnis, winner of 14 Championships, and 18 Blue Ribbons. In 2013 Theophilus won blue and the Reserve Color Championship at the AOBA National Show and at The Alpacapalooza, blue at the Futurity, MAPACA (lost to the same two alpacas in both shows), Royal Alpaca Challenge, VAOBA and the championship at GWAS. In his last halter show, the 2014 Southern Select Show, Theo earned another Blue Ribbon and at 43 months old, Reserve Color Champion. Theophilus, along with Jacoby and Aquinas was part of the threesome that earned four 2nd place and one 1st place Get of Sire awards for Adonnis. Along with being a real quality black male, according to Scott Miller, "he is also one of the most beautiful alpacas ever produced at Crescent Moon Ranch." Theo's 1st progeny was born on June 16....a girl out of Crescent Moon Adelena. Her photo is on the right. Ignatius, out of a grey female, won a Blue ribbon at CABO, his first show, at 7 months of age. VAF Rayo Del Sol's Ebony

HuacayaOpen (Female)True Black
AOA# 32158885DOB: 10/14/201014 yrs
What a true black beauty. Ebony is sired by 8X Color Champion, Crescent Moon's Rayo Del Sol. Rayo was the 2002 Futurity Color Champion and 2001 and 2002 AOBA National Color Champion. He has sired countless champion offspring and is one of the premier grey herdsires in North America. Ebony is a rich, true black female with strong grey and black genetics throughout her pedigree. Her fleece has a very soft handle and a brilliant luster. She exhibits the same superior fleece traits as her sire. On Dec. 12, 2013, a Ebony delivered her 1st cria, a black female, sired by A.L. Paca's Revolution. She has been bred to 8X Champion, LBA's Theophilus, ultrasound confirmed, for her 2015 Spring cria. This boy is turning out to be outstanding and we can't wait for the 2016 show season. Ebony has been bred back to Theophilus for a 2016 cria. On May 14, 2016, Ebony delivered a TB male, who has earned a ribbon in all the shows he entered. For her 2017 cria, she was been bred to 12X Champion and 3X Judges' Choice winner, 7SAF Firestorm. She presented us with a beautiful LB/DF male, who will be a sho stopper in next year's shows. Purchase this pair now and take home the ribbons next year.

Description

Diamond carries a very fine fleece and in his 2nd year has developed density to go along with his fineness. This is a black male that carries a strong background of grey genetics and like his sire should throw grey when bed to grey. He carries a similar phenotype as his 8X Champion Sire, Theophilus and has a gorgeous head and solid frame. Likewise, His Dam has a strong grey genetic background, being sired by Rayo del Sol.
